Until the BOD release some news none of us have a clue what is going on behind the scenes. We can all think it’s as obvious as A, B & C, others are convinced it’s going to be D, E & F. The only thing we do know is that there is plenty of news due some of which goes back months before the Ukraine situation started. The reason that news hasn’t been released could be for a multitude of reasons (Rosgeo withholding licences, NDA’s, Asset sale, possibly some unofficial sanctions from Russia). All we can do is guess, hope the BOD give us some updates & watch the SP decline until they do.

Boldly; 2 March RNS the BOD confirmed that the sanctions don’t prevent the Company from executing on its M&A strategy therefore technically we don’t need any sanctions to be lifted to complete an asset sale.

I’ve no idea when the BOD are going to feel the time is suitable to give us an update but when they do any of these would be appreciated, some of which are ridiculously overdue and can’t be due to the current situation in Ukraine;

Can’t see any updates for a while yet but you never know the BOD might give us an Easter treat;

The BOD will have had to review their strategy due to the ongoing situation in Ukraine, fingers crossed they are in a position to release some updates on the following as soon as that situation is resolved;

Mac; stop worrying, remember Dimitry is an expert at this and has everything under control! The BOD will give us an update when they are good & ready, not a second sooner even if these are exceptional times. Us shareholders need to remain calm and not worry about the SP, just buy on the constant dips....

Judge; not wanting to get into a long winded debate. My post was asking why not consider suspension as it’s blatantly obvious that the BOD can’t release any updates at present (as you’ve also indicated) and IMO would benefit shareholders more as opposed to watching the continual decline in SP.

Judge; Do you seriously think that if it’s getting sold to a Russian company that the state wouldn’t know all about it already? FFS we are in a JV with Rosgeo! If the BOD aren’t intending to or are unable to give us an update then why not consider suspension until such a time as they can instead of putting us through the continual decline in SP?

Intothedeep; it wouldn’t shock me if the BOD found a way to legally delay the AGM due to “exceptional circumstances” rather than face the shareholders.

It’s blatantly obvious that the BOD have lost control over their ability to release any news on the company. Does anyone know what the criteria is to justify a temporary suspension? With the BOD not releasing any updates they are basically leaving our investment at the mercy of the actions of Putin, MM’s games and probably the II’s/shorters. If they could justify suspending us over a poxy tweet then surely they have very good reason to suspend us just now in these exceptional circumstances?

It’s obvious the War in Ukraine is having an affect on the company despite what they stated in the last RNS. I suspect they hoped that situation would be resolved quickly but it’s looking more likely that it’s going to drag on for some time yet. They can’t remain silent forever so only time will tell when they will decide to give us an update. Some of the news was well overdue before the Ukraine war started;

Sandy; I agree with you 100%. The sensible thing to do would to let EUA carry on with their plan brining in investment, taxes, salaries etc. I can’t see Putin taking it away to sell it themselves or trying to nationalise everything. It’d upset far too many powerful, rich & influential people within Russia.

You could be right but if Putin did that to EUA any potential buyer would have to take into consideration the possibility that once they paid Russia for it Putin might do the exact same to them! IMO that would put off potential buyers.

Sandy; the BOD told us 5 weeks ago in an official RNS that EUA are not affected by current sanctions and that the asset sale can still proceed. I personally find him re tweeting about another M&A deal a bit insulting to EUA shareholders while they tell us nothing about our own company.

Mac; I think his time would be better spent focusing on updating EUA shareholders as to WTF is going with our company.

Mr Wolfe; I think people have genuinely ran out of things to talk about. Things should change once our amazing BOD get released from their Siberian nuclear bunker.
