Gaza, the BOD have had loads of time to gather information, the question we should be asking them is why aren’t they releasing any updates on the following;
1. WK production figures for 2021
2. Rosgeo JV Licences; (1 Sept Nyud in advanced state) 201 days ago!
3. Rosgeo JV JORC’s (24 Sept; due shortly) 178 days ago!
4. Asset sale; (28 Oct buyers DD complete) 144 days ago!
5. NKT JORC open pit (8 Feb draft CPR with BOD for review) 41 days ago!

On 2 March the BOD advised us that the company are not affected by the sanctions. I think it’s only fair to assume that still applies therefore there is absolutely no reason for the BOD not to release news as it becomes available. WK production figures for 2021 & the NKT open pit JORC which they’ve been reviewing could be released any day. I’m no expert but common sense tells me they are deliberately holding these back for some reason. I can totally understand why shareholders are frustrated or losing faith in the BOD, they have historically been poor when it comes to communications and continue to stay silent. Hardly makes a good case for new investment.

There’s constant petty arguments ref Russia & Ukraine, I think no matter who’s right/wrong, telling the truth/lies every decent person around the world should want this war to end ASAP and we all know there is good & bad in every country.

Builder12; the only reason it’s done this way is to allow the MM’s to play games with the SP. The MM’s must have a system which knows exactly what are buys/sells otherwise how would they know what stock they have, how much profit they make etc etc. It’d be chaos. The whole system is set up to put us PI’s at a major disadvantage. AIMs corrupt, we all know it, the FCA know it, the Gov know it but nothings going to change. You have to ask why are they allowed to get away with it? I bet a 15 year old could put together in no time at all a database to record buys/sells more accurately than what’s currently in use on AIM.

Grouch; I agree, no point releasing any of it until there’s an agreement between Russia & Ukraine. Once that happens I’m confident/praying we will have a flow of good news.

The BOD have had 37 days to review the NKT JORC, I’m assuming they have held back on approving & releasing it until things calm down. I’m hoping that as soon as the situation in Ukraine is resolved it will be released which should see us with a rapid significant increase in the SP

Would it be possible to try cut down on the debates ref war, there are always two sides to every story and people will always have opposing opinions. What can’t be argued is that VP is a vile person and his actions are shocking. Historically UK, USA and plenty others have carried out many terrible things as well. In all of these situations millions of innocent people were killed or seriously injured which is shameful on the human race. Let’s try focus on EUA.

Tigra; that’s the best post I’ve seen on here in months. I’m pretty sure the BOD now realise they can’t drag this on for much longer and will want it concluded ASAP once the Ukraine situation is resolved.

Gaza; I get the feeling you’d not like the talks to succeed! Are you looking for a lower buy in price? IMO any discussions have to be a good sign, if both countries are happy to talk then progress must be possible.

Sky are stating there’s more talks taking place tomorrow between Ukraine & Russia by video link. That’s came from a Kremlin spokesman.

Bwhyte1; I’m pretty sure that a resolution to this would be welcomed by all. Definitely positive news if true.

Mac; great news if true. I’d rather see it confirmed from official sources though as opposed to “Velina Tchakarova” on Twitter.

Thats great news, here was me worrying about us operating in Russia and the hammering the SP has had lately. Can you please let the BOD know this fact and give them the green light to give us some updates on the Rosgeo licences, JORC’s & asset sale.

Beast; if the BOD are thinking along those lines and won’t release any news then surely they should consider suspension.

Well said Tigra, I honestly believe the BOD could (and should) release more information. This situation in Ukraine has only been going on for 2 weeks some of our news is from over 6 months ago. The silence is an issue and that is self inflicted.

The EUA basket is brilliant Tilly. The BOD just don’t seem to be able to give us any concrete news that the market & shareholders are crying out for they don’t seem to be able to finalise anything at present.
