Mac; until we get Rosgeo Licences I don’t think they can’t develop EUAv2.0 so it’s pointless getting excited about it until the licences are transferred.

Roger; the lack of clarity is becoming a concern for me. It’s a bit insulting to tell us JORC’s “shortly” then nothing for 131 days. Similarly Rosgeo Licences, they were in the “advanced stages” 154 days ago yet no update since! The communications (of substance) are appalling.

I’d really like an update from the BOD on the following, an RNS would be appreciated by most of us Shareholders;

1. WK production figures for 2021
2. Rosgeo JV Licences; (1 Sept Nyud & Moroshkovoe in advanced state) 154 days ago.
3. NKT JORC open pit (16 Dec; upgrade by SGS and AS International) 48 days ago.
4. Asset sale; (28 Oct buyers DD complete) 97 days ago.
5. Rosgeo JV JORC’s (24 Sept; due shortly) 131 days ago.

The tweet last week referencing the Chinese New Year could be a bit of an own goal from EUA IMO. There was absolutely no need for that comment so why did they put it in (I assume the legals approved it) Are they hinting that the Chinese are buying WK or possibly part of the Asset sale? If they don’t give us something today (Chinese NY) I feel they have made a very poor decision in tweeting that comment.

Suttle; you may well be right but on the other hand an RNS could land with a sale announced. Facts; more shorts doesn’t mean they have more knowledge than us shareholders, BOD silent (plenty of recent RNS’s just not the big news we all want) I’m glad I’m invested and only time will tell which of us is correct.

There’s so much news due, it can’t be much longer before the BOD give us an RNS on any of the following;

Are EUA legally obliged to publish these by a certain date or are we just hoping?

Good morning Beast. There’s no doubting the potential of the company and I 100% agree that the road ahead looks promising going by the latest RNS’s issued. Do you agree that the Rosgeo Licences are essential to our future and that for some reason the transfer hasn’t happened yet? They raised the cash to fund it in Sept, stated in an RNS that Rosgeo confirmed it was at an advanced stage (I think in Oct) and yet we still don’t have them. Common sense tells me that process has hit a stumbling block.

Would NDA’s prevent the BOD from giving its shareholders a general update? There’s so much news overdue IMO and it’s obvious that somethings holding these up. The below is taken direct from the EUA website!

6th Jan RNS ref the Dividend Policy was issued due to requests from EUA shareholders, maybe the BOD are sat patiently waiting for us to contact them and ask for an update on EUA1 & EUA2!!

Morning Hawkspear; I agree, EUA are in a brilliant position at present. We just need those licences and JORC’s to get things moving.

Your probably right Tilly, I’m sure we were holding fairly steady around 30p at the time he sold. We’ve not really managed to get back to that 30p range and hold there since then. He definitely didn’t do us any favours.

It’s a year tomorrow since Alexei announced he’d sold 27,400,000 shares. At the time we all thought he was crazy not to hold onto them for the imminent sale!! That was the start of the SP decline and a year of constant manipulation!

Mac; they also told us on 24 Sept that the Rosgeo JORCs would be released “shortly” so almost complete doesn’t really tell us anything about the NYUD JORC does it? You say I’m negative, I’m looking at the facts. We all want this to come to a good conclusion but have different expectations on communication and times. If you genuinely think things are going as the BOD expected that’s great for you, unfortunately I have concerns that’s somethings holding our progress up and we can’t all wait forever.

Mac; That’s the problem though isn’t it. We have no fecking idea what stage they are at let alone when they will be released. As for Rosgeo JV.... we don’t have the licences yet so no way they can release the JORCs for them even if we have them!

I’m guessing it’s at least one of our three mysterious investors!! The BOD already told us the last one wanted more shares than they were given.
