Gazala69; the whole system is set up to benefit the II’s. There’s so much wrong with AIM, any other industry in the world and it’d have been shut down years ago and loads of people prosecuted. The fact it hasn’t says a lot about how high the corruption goes!

The MM’s are probably confident that there’s going to be no news due to Russian holidays. The BOD are waiting on Rosgeo Licences which won’t be transferred this week (unless someone’s working over Xmas) the open pit JORC for NKT could possibly be released but I’m sure someone will get a heads up when it’s available. Meanwhile we all know what’s going to happen with the SP!

From that statement (103 days ago) I assume the BOD were confident they’d have the JORCs and licences Rosgeo, at what point do we think they will give us an update?

Onassis; people have been saying that for months now. The only thing that will change the SP is the Rosgeo licences, JORCs or Asset sale news.

I wish you the best of luck mate, just be very cautious of Tax Residency, driving licences, everything really. Top advice is to get a really good company to sort everything out on your behalf and look into every detail before you do it. There are moves to get new visas for uk citizens but nothing is as straightforward as it seems here.

Arsenalles; not heard of a temp visa for Spain but that’s great news if you’ve found one. Over 183 days in Spain and your a Spanish tax resident, driving licence issues etc I’m here and going through all the problems. There’s loads of Brits who want to spend winters here but can’t at present.

Arsenalles; to stay in Spain more than 90 days you’d need to become a Resident. At present Spain won’t exchange UK driving licences for Spanish which residents have to do by law so it may be that Brits need to take a driving test. Government have agreed to allow uk licences to be valid till end of Feb while they negotiate a deal. God bless Brexit

Let’s hope the BOD are in a position to let us know what’s happening with EUA v1 this week, is it just NKT open pit JORC they are waiting on?. EUA V2 looks massive and should be a great investment for the long term once the Rosgeo licences are transferred and JORC’s released. So much happening it’s hard to keep up on all the potential news, exciting times ahead for all shareholders.

Just had a look at the EUA presentation again. Page 10 has the map which has Amsterdam named.

Caw1; excellent finds and I think your onto something there with Mitsubishi, Chiyoda & the Holland link. There was definitely a map on the EUA presentation which I’m positive had Rotterdam port on it so all the pieces seem to be coming together.

These must be due any day now. You’d think with the all the Russian backing EUA the licences would be pushed through as a priority. Once we have them I think the JORCs will be released.

Monkey; I’d think the BOD would have to inform the market straight away once the Nyud licence is transferred. I can’t see how shareholders knowing we had the licence would affect the asset sale process but anything’s possible.

I’d really like to know what the status is on these, I’d have thought they’d have been transferred by now, an update on expected times for this to happen would be nice. Why have the funds available to progress Rosgeo in Sept if they weren’t expecting to need them possibly some will be used to pay for the JORCs which may well be completed by now?

I’m guessing with no news the MM’s will try drop the SP as usual. They are bound to try the same over the Russian holidays next week. Really need these bloody Rosgeo Licences approved ASAP.

Caw; the JORCs for NYUD must be complete otherwise how can the BOD state they are fully funded for the Rosgeo JV? The hold up surely has to be the licence transfer which like you stated could have completed anytime since close of the markets on Friday. It’d be really good to get that box ticked ASAP.

Treadingcarefully; I seem to remember similar hype when he restarted tweeting the last time the usual theories started claiming that’s it the deal must be done and news is imminent etc clearly that wasn’t the case so I’m certainly not going to get excited by him tweeting again. Obviously I’d be over the moon if there’s an RNS 7am Wednesday but I’m certainly not holding my breath.

Anyone who honestly thinks Dimitry (EM Investor) is going to give anything away on Twitter after all the work he’s put into EUA and the potential asset sale is living in cuckoo land. It’s a totally pointless discussion and not worth getting excited about.

Merry Christmas to all shareholders, it’s been one hell of a year with Covid 19 & all the constant games on here. Really looking forward to 2022, hopefully we can all get back to a normal way of life and EUA will come up trumps with an asset sale. Best wishes to all and your families.
