Ian; why not just take it to a garage and save yourself all the hassle?

Ragsrob; what’d be the point in fabricating something? Maybe if they just told shareholders the actual facts then shareholders wouldn’t get frustrated.

Agreed sbrace; technically all we could probably sell at this point is WK & MT (not flanks) either that our the BOD have the JORCs but contrary to their RNS they can’t announce them! You have to ask who the F is advising them ref communications to shareholders.

Stejstej; if that’s the case then why did they say in an RNS that they would announce the JORCs shortly. Something doesn’t add up here, they also said they are fully funded for Rosgeo & DD is now complete for a sale both would suggest to me they have the JORCs.

Some really good posts from sbrace & Mac last night. I can see both sides and IMO the issue I have is the BOD used the word “shortly” for JORC announcement 4 weeks prior to the buyer completing its DD and at least 9 weeks before having the Rosgeo licences (we still don’t have them). Someone says after DD it can take up to 6/8 weeks to complete the deal. Mac thinks they can’t announce JORC until the sales complete. Therefore saying they would announce the JORC shortly was simply never going to happen. It’s understandable that the naysayers have used this as a way to disrupt this BB and every day the BOD are silent makes matters worse. I 100% think the BOD need to clarify where we are at. After 2 years we should not be trying to figure out what’s happening, it should be clear. Meanwhile with nothing from the BOD the manipulation & disruption continues.

Mac; aren’t you forgetting the small matter of Rosgeo Licences & JORC’s? Really wish the BOD would give us an update on these.

Neo; thanks for responding. So if EUA doesn’t fit your strategy can I ask why your wasting your time focusing on it? Surely your time would be better spent researching for suitable investments. When you find some I’m sure we’d appreciate the details.

Median66; you may well be correct but I can’t see any reason why the BOD would want to delay getting 6 additional licences, in these uncertain times with covid etc you’d think the priority would be to get them transferred to EUA ASAP.

Are the licences been held up deliberately by Rosgeo or are they on schedule? Considering we are in a JV you’d expect things to be straight forward and processed ASAP. Like always we have no clue as to realistic expectations on timings which makes it very frustrating.

I live in Spain and have been told by Halifax Sharedealing this week that as of 10 Jan I can no longer put funds into my shares account, assume it’s due to a change in regulations. I guess that’s foreign investment in the uk finance stopping unless it’s just Halifax.

Mac; this is what the BOD said in an RNS. Are you of the opinion they can’t announce it due to NDA’s?
"· Wardell Armstrong International engaged in April for several comprehensive tasks including JORC resource audits which are almost complete and are expected to be announced shortly"

Mac; where do you think the company are at with regards to JORC for MT? If they had it surely they would announce it straight away. I’d have thought that’d have been WA’s top priority when we appointed them considering we have the licences.

The reality is that not one of us can say for certain what is going to happen with regards an asset sale. The BOD have gave us indications but historically they have changed there minds in the past (FSP, written offers, other interested parties) The NDA’s have meant information has been vague and this has led to speculation from both rampers & derampers. At some point the BOD will have to tell us what is happening, until that day we are guessing/hoping. The lack of JORC & Rosgeo Licences isn’t doing us Shareholders any favours and at some point will this will become a concern, I’m rapidly approaching that point (shortly is a f*kcing terrible word to have used).

I can’t see them releasing the JORCs for Rosgeo until we have the licences, not sure when these are expected but in my view there’s a delay with these. What about MT flanks, surely they could release that JORC as soon as it’s received from WA?

It’s actually exactly 9 weeks today. RNS 24 Sept 2021 was when they stated shortly.
