These must be due any day now. The BOD will be all over it because I think it’s possibly the final piece of the jigsaw. I wonder are they proceeding as expected or is there a delay?

Mad Stork; I’m not going to dispute what you say ref EUA because in time you may be true and everyone else wrong. I would however like to ask your view on the last placement of approximately $15M. I assumed the BOD needed these extra funds to complete the Rosgeo deal. I was of the opinion this must have been due to having access to the figures WA had come up with. I also assumed that this would have been the reason someone was happy to put in the $15M.
What is your view on this?

Has anyone got an idea as to how long these should take? IMO this is what is holding our progress up now. I’m pretty sure the BOD would have knew prior to signing the JV but can’t find any details on it.

Bumble, your spot on there. I asked the company and they confirmed the RNS was released because of speculation on chat-boards & Twitter.

Cheers Mac, I’d missed that map from Richard. I’m positive the JORCs are as good as complete but waiting on the Licences to be transferred. I just wish the BOD could give us an update, surely Rosgeo could provide this considering we are in a JV with them.

I agree with you 100% Mac. Rosgeo Licences & JORC are essential for this to happen though and get the feeling these are not within the BOD’s control. An update on both of these is well overdue.

IMO these are the two most important things we are waiting on and should be due any day. This Dual Listing is just a distraction and not worth worrying about for now. Maybe that’s what the BOD intended to happen.

JS490; I wish you well and can understand you deciding to sell most of your holding. I’m hanging onto all of mine as I still hope this will end very well for shareholders but the BOD really do need to get it concluded soon or at the very least give the market some detailed information on the sale.

Where was all this media speculation. Have I missed something?

Clear communications have always been an issue; suspension, nomad resignation, FSP, written offers, interested parties, possible dividend, mysterious investors & JORC’s shortly. After 2 years shareholders should know exactly what the BOD’s intentions are. RNS’s are too vague and open to interpretation making it very easy for manipulation. The BOD are excellent at progressing the company but whoever compiles/advises on the RNS’s is letting them down.

It appears the BOD now have an hour or so with nothing to do, maybe a good time to contact them for an update.

Good morning Pete; I really do wonder who advises the BOD on these sort of things. It could/should have been sorted before becoming public knowledge.

I can’t see them releasing any JORC information until we actually have the licences. In my opinion that’s what we are probably waiting for but with EUA anything is possible.

Mac; do we know if the contents will be released? I’m sure plenty investors would be very interested to know what is said by the EUA BOD.

I’m fully expecting the MM’s to play games with the SP again today. The BOD are going to have to come out with an update soon, I’m guessing they are waiting for the transfer of the Rosgeo licences which could land anytime now. Meanwhile we have no option but to wait, suffer the MM’s daily games and put up with individuals trying to convince us it’s still a poor investment.

Mac4671; it’s so blatant. You’d think they’d realise by now that none of us are going to sell our shares this late in the game. II’s happy to buy millions at or around the current SP (with probably access to more info/data than us) yet they think they can convince us otherwise. Do I put my faith in them or someone like TMS? Difficult decision lol

Oldspursfan; I 100% agree with that, I pointed this fact out 8 weeks ago when everyone got carried away with the use of the word shortly. News today would be appreciated by all shareholders. The BOD have (and still are) doing an amazing job in progressing/building up the company, my only gripe is they are very poor at giving clear updates as to their intentions which has allowed the market to play far too many games with the SP.

I’m sure the BOD have always knew approximately how long the licences would take to transfer. I wonder if the II’s were privy to the same information? Another week IMO and we will hopefully have them.
