Bobrad; I find it hard to believe that you honestly think that.

The last time the BOD used the word shortly was the suspension RNS 11 Feb 2020, they updated 9 April 2020 so I take that as there definition of how long shortly is. Unless of course it will be ready shortly was the answer they were given by WA and maybe the BOD are as frustrated as we all are at not knowing how long shortly is lol

I tried everything prior to posting that, just seemed weird as no other share BB I looked at had the same issue. Came back on here and it was still the same. Tried going to trades section then back to messages but still the same. I assumed it was admin due to some of the posts yesterday ref an individual. As soon as I posted everything was fine.

I can’t see any messages after 1103 on Wednesday. Looked on other shares and they are fine so it must be EUA specific. I do wonder if it’s due to some of the posts yesterday. Do we think it’s possibly for people to cut out all the *****ing? it’s not doing anyone any good, is achieving nothing and totally ruining the BB. If you don’t like someone’s comments either filter or report them. I appreciate everyone’s getting frustrated waiting for the JORC news but no need to start personal ****ging matches etc

Hopefully the new MD will have the ability to write a company sold RNS this week haha

This is what the company stated in Septembers Interim Report RNS;
“Proposal received in May for the potential acquisition of substantially all of the Company's assets. Since then, additional interest from other parties is being considered by the Board”
What does the appointment of an MD for EUA Japan indicate, are these additional interested parties also from Japan or have the BOD made the decision to go with Mays written proposal?

GLG; I hope I’m wrong too, I think we’ve all had enough of the games but unfortunately that’s how long it took them last time to give us an update shortly. Sorry, it was RNS 11 Feb 2020 they used it and eventually update arrived RNS 9 April 2020.

GLG; that’s the issue, none of us have a clue when the news will be released. Everyone on here says the same stuff everyday, surely news today, tomorrow, this week, next week.... history tells me the last time the BOD said “shortly” in an RNS it eventually meant 2 months (suspension 11 Feb 2021). That’s my benchmark, anything before 2 months is a massive bonus.

Certainly exciting times, I hate weekends just now as I know we defo won’t get that RNS haha

The Company confirms that, following social media speculation, trading in its ordinary shares has been suspended (at 7.45am today) pending clarification of its relationship with CITIC.
The Company's AIM securities remain suspended. Further updates will be made shortly.

The previous time I can remember EUA using the word “shortly” was in the suspension RNS on 11 Feb 2020. They gave us an update on 9 April 2020 so that to me is what the company classes as “shortly” for timescales (2 months).

Going by the below statement from the last RNS, Id assume/hope the JORC’s are 6 x Rosgeo JV & MT flanks, has anyone got any idea other comprehensive tasks WA would be doing for the BOD?

“Wardell Armstrong International engaged in April for several comprehensive tasks including JORC resource audits which are almost complete and are expected to be announced shortly”

Newbie; it was some place. I couldn’t believe the facilities the RAF had. I worked down at Akrotiri Mole so was away from the main station. We had our own bar (Dolphin Club) and just about every day (except Mondays) was a party after 1pm haha.

Newbie, I was at Akrotiri too and funnily enough was where I started on the brandy sours. Best time of my life, had 4 years there. Was army though not RAF.

We all know this is possibly the last two things the BOD are waiting on to allow them to complete a sale. Unfortunately the BOD have no control over when they will be approved, not sure why everyone feels the need to get down or excited every time the SP goes up or down by a few pence. The MM’s & II’s are trying to drive the SP as low as possible and that’s going to continue until the BOD release the news “shortly” (which actually means F all)

Ibiza; you could well be correct, I’m going from memory so possibly getting it wrong. I really should keep notes but kind of expected it all to be sold months ago lol
