Do we actually know the licences are due about now Mac or are they just guessing? I do remember reading somewhere 140 days but not sure if that’s set in stone, an average or someone just stating what they think.

It’d be really good to get some news on the Rosgeo licences & JORC’s this week. Failing that a few blue days pushing towards the 30’s would be nice. I’m pretty sure the BOD are doing all they can to counteract the MM’s & II’s games and will want to release the updates ASAP.

Probably a really stupid question but could/would the BOD release the JORC for the 6 Rosgeo JV mines before they actually get the licences?

Great post lovelyboy, it’s so difficult to know what’s all going on behind the scenes with regards to all the interested parties. I hope that JORC & licences are the final pieces of the EUA jigsaw and once we have that for all mines (Rosgeo JV & MT flanks) the BOD will give all interested parties a specific date for submission of final offers. The big questions for me are;
1. Will JORCs & licences be revealed individually as they become available or all at the same time.
2. Which are the BOD intending to initially sell out of (WK, MT & 6 Rosgeo JV)
3. What’s the BOD’s plans for the remaining 3 mines available in the Rosgeo JV.

Pompey, I asked about the NDA’s a few months back and was told they remain in place for around 2 years.

You clearly don’t believe in the BOD but I and many others do. Your choice but I don’t think there’s going to be many PI’s selling anything, if you want to sell yours I’m pretty sure they will be snapped up straight away.

Good RNS yesterday, what’s not to like about having more interest in buying EUA. The BOD are doing an amazing job building up the companies assets. Not sure will happen with the SP today as the MM’s & II’s have been pretty blatant in holding the price at a level they want to buy at. For me I can’t see any large increase North until we get either the JV licences or JORC or MT flanks JORC all of which I understand will happen “soon”. Are we still waiting for WK flanks licence/JORC as well? I’m very excited about the future prospects with EUA.

The EUA BOD like to make us wait until the last minute. Anything before 1830 tomorrow is a bonus in my eyes.

Morning Ian, I do find some of the RNS’s could be worded much clearer, either way, the futures very bright for EUA and very exciting times ahead. Fingers crossed it all comes to a conclusion soon.

Ian, this is from the RNS on 1 Sept which I think confirms that the 104.6Moz is a total for all 9 Rosgeo JV mines;
“Block modelling and open pit optimisations are now complete for 6 out of 9 Rosgeo JV projects that in total represent 104.6Moz of platinum equivalent resource (according to the Russian State Cadastre of Mines) as announced via RNS on 26 March 2021”

Going on the below statement from Fridays RNS, how long do you think it’d take WA to complete the report considering it’d appear they have already assessed all the data and know what the funding requirements are, what about JORC for MT flanks?
“The financial position of the Company is sufficient to accomplish its commitments in relation to Rosgeo JV, where a JORC resource by Wardell Armstrong is to be announced shortly”

I was of the understanding that the 104.6Moz was for all 9 Rosgeo JV mines.

I know that NDA’s seriously restrict the BOD in giving us all the facts. Do you think that the mysterious II’s who took up the placings would have had to sign one too? I’m at a loss as to why the lawyers & BOD would allow them such a potentially easy route to manipulating the current SP given the fact they’d have had access to additional data information and possible timescales to completion etc.

I agree with what your saying Tilley, do you think our BOD are now working with the II’s to the detriment of the SP and as usual us small time PI’s get shafted with all the manipulation going on. Something clearly is going on in the background and the II’s and MM seem to have prior knowledge as to what’s coming!

A classic from Pink Floyd and perfectly sums up how I feel about the manipulation here on EUA and AIM in general.

Nearly an 11% drop in the SP today despite the positive RNS and certain people try to claim AIM isn’t corrupt! I’m past the point of caring what the MM’s, traders, shorters & anyone else do on a daily basis. I’m not selling a single share of mine and can only see more very good news on the horizon. The only time I will consider selling is once the BOD give us news on the asset sale.

Mac; They said similar for WK DFS approval in RNS on 3 Dec “expected” approval this month, it was eventually approved on 21 Jan! I’d have thought they’d not want a repeat of that, I’m still confident we will get news at 7am. If not id expect the market will react negatively and try drop the SP to try squeeze more shares out of us PI’s.

Hopefully today the BOD will issue an RNS as “expected” which will open the floodgates to a flow of good news for all shareholders and put an end to the constant verbal diarrhoea from all the oxygen thief’s trying to spread fear on here. Fingers crossed for a 7am RNS, a nice rise in the SP and best wishes to all shareholders.
