I’m not sure how anyone is expecting the BOD to be able to announce anything until we own the 6 x Rosgeo Licences. IMO once we have this they can announce they have the JORCs as well (not sure we will get the data details though). I said weeks ago that I wasn’t expecting any news on the “shortly” until around 8 weeks which would be next Friday 19th.

Maybe a JORC RNS to follow or they can’t/won’t release that news until the Rosgeo licences are transferred.

Why no mention of either of these in the RNS? I feel a bit underwhelmed by this update. Not expecting the MM’s to increase the SP much but hope I’m wrong.

Truth; I agree with your point. It’d make sense to release news of Licence & JORC’s. SP increases and do a placement at the higher SP for less shares (and dilution) to purchase the 25% Rosgeo own. Only the BOD can answer that question though.

You’d have thought that when we signed the Rosgeo JV the BOD would have had an idea as to how long it would take to transfer over the licences. Considering the last time they mentioned them they said they were “at an advanced stage” (or something similar) they must be due for approval now or at the very least give us an update. I wonder if they intend to apply for the remaining 3 licences available?

On Friday it will be 30 weeks (150 working days) since we signed the JV with Rosgeo. It’d be nice to know the exact date we requested the transfer of the first 6 licences, how long the process takes (140 working days has been mentioned) and the BOD’s intention for the remaining 3.

Didn’t we get suspended for months because of a tweet? Some of these accusations are far worse than the original one from Mr Hammond (I think that was his name).

Mac; I don’t think anyone disputes the potential with EUA. The issue is with the lack of clarity from the BOD as to what their intentions are and the use of stupid words like “shortly” which basically mean nothing. No one can accuse us of not lacking patience after the suspension, nomad resignation, FSP, written offer and now other interested parties. The BOD may be great at many things but clear communications is not one of them.

On 1 Sept RNS the company stated this;
“Rosgeo has confirmed to Eurasia that the process on the license for Nyud and Moroshkovoe open pit deposits is in an advanced state.”
On Wednesday it will be 7 weeks, surely news can’t be far away?

Are these the final two pieces of the jigsaw that we've all been waiting on? Hopefully we will get some news on both this week and then the BOD can confirm to the market what their intentions are for an “Assets sale”. Some nice blue sailing would be welcomed should we get no news.

Anything nice with an open top for me (Audi, Merc or BMW) however if it takes much longer to complete it might end up having to be one of those mobility scooters haha

I appreciate people wish to discuss other important issues however I’m not convinced that a Shares BB is the right place for it. Just about every thread descends into arguments/abuse and is not enjoyable to read. To make matters worse certain individuals seem to be unable to let previous disputes with other posters go and invariably threads end up with the same few posters abusing each other. This BB is rapidly becoming very unpleasant.

I’m pretty sure this is what we are waiting for before they can announce the JORC’s. Does anyone have any idea what the process is, how long it usually takes and who all are involved. I’m sure in one of the previous RNS they said it was at an advanced stage.

Well said Rooster; JT is defo one of the decent posters on here. Hopefully he’s on the mend. Far too many toxic posts on here lately are and it’s not just the derampers unfortunately. I’m going to start reporting them from now on as it’s ruining the BB for everyone else. Here’s hoping for some news from the BOD in the next 5 mins.
