Beast; Everyone has different circumstances and personal situations/commitments and it’s been a long process for which we still have no official knowledge of exactly what’s getting sold let alone for how much. The Rosgeo Licences and JORC’s are essential and news is overdue so is it so crazy for shareholders to ask the question why? Yes, it all looks amazing for the long term but there are far too many unknowns at present resulting in the current low SP.

There’s so much news due and rumours going around I’m struggling to keep up, IMO the most important are;
Rosgeo Licences
JORC’s
Asset Sale
An update from the BOD would be appreciated.

Agree on that point. Looks like they are only here to annoy investors. What a sad, pathetic existence.

The JORC should be within our control, my assumption is theres an issue with the Rosgeo Licences but without knowing the expected timeframes it’s impossible to know why or who is creating the problem. NDAs can’t be in play with either of these so the lack of news is allowing the Market to continually drop the SP.

That’s great news Mac. Wouldn’t it be nice if they had a look into what’s happening with the shorters on EUA, if I was one of there “employees” I’d be worried.

So many agreed with him Ian as there’s a crew trying to disrupt, we’ve seen it all before and they will soon disappear when news lands. They are just taking advantage of the lack of Rosgeo Licence & JORC news which is frustrating most of us. Keep up with your positive posts it’s appreciated by all Shareholders.

Or is it possible she’s started some JORC speculation so the BOD have to respond to it similar to what happened with the Dual Listing social media speculation RNS?

Bobbie; unfortunately it’s another episode of “Fairytale of No JORC” this morning.
Hopefully we will get some news before 6.30pm.

Bumble1968; I agree ref your comments on the potential deal however I think the BOD should not have mentioned “JORC announced shortly” if that wasn’t the case. It’s human nature for people to ask what’s happening. We have supposedly the best advisors/lawyers working with us so who approved the use of that word? It’s not the first time they’ve used it either so they should have been fully aware of the implications from the previous time.

Caw; do you think it’s possible the BOD released that Dual listing RNS for some other reason? The amount of speculation we’ve had in the last 2 years yet they decide to respond by RNS only to address that point.

Layla; it was around March we got the Rosgeo JV so there’s been plenty time for things to be sorted/discussed. IMO somethings changed since that 24 Sept RNS but I’ve no idea what, I think the BOD should update us as clearly it’s got massive implications on the SP.

76 days now since WA were shortly going to complete the JORC, do you think the BOD are going to give us an update on this anytime soon?
