How many of these will have had access to more detailed information than us? I count 3 placements (different institutes) plus possibly Veles when they bought Alexei’s 28M. It really is no shock that the SP is constantly been manipulated and it’s obvious who’s probably doing it!

dealer55; getting off AIM would make everyone’s life much more enjoyable. I certainly will never invest in another company on AIM after EUA.

I think we all know the potential with EUA is huge but until the BOD release that potential the market just won’t let the SP have a decent rise. EUA v1 asset sale is still ongoing and EUA v2 can’t progress as we haven’t got the Rosgeo licences yet. I’m positive the BOD expected the licences to be transferred by now (otherwise why do the additional $15m cash raise in Sept)? The only JORC which realistically could be released at present is NKT open pit. All the above licences & JORC’s could be released tomorrow or we could still be discussing them in the summer. We have no idea on expected times for anything. Meanwhile the mysterious II’s (probably with much more info than us) are having a field day with the SP.

Beast; I’m not asking for a daily RNS. I’ve held since Oct 2019 and always stated I’m holding till the end. People on here have said nearly every day during that period that the deal is close. The simple fact is EUA v1 hasn’t been sold yet. As for EUA v2 we don’t even hold the licenses at this moment in time. Both pretty important issues I think you’d agree!

Mac; I get the euav2 point but until they tell us in an RNS that they’ve sold EUA v1 then it really means nothing to me as a shareholder. The BOD are holding back loads of information and I think it’s wise to question why?

why did EUA tweet that but not put it in the official RNS released on the same day? **** communication skills once again in my eyes I’m sad to say!

Dealer55; Maybe it’s because our mysterious II’s are involved and will probably get a nod before any news is released or at the very least will have a better idea of exactly what’s going on behind the scenes!

FFS, didn’t EUA tweet last week but nothing came from that did it apart from mass hysteria on here? If they have news it will be in an RNS not some cryptic clue on Twitter!

Plenty options for today’s RNS, here’s my preference;
1. NKT JORC open pit
2. Asset sale (buyers DD complete 12 weeks ago)
3. Rosgeo JV Licence transfer (BOD stated this was on schedule months ago)
4. Rosgeo JV JORC (due shortly 17 weeks ago)
Anything I’ve missed?

17 weeks tomorrow since the BOD told us in an RNS that JORCs available shortly for Rosgeo JV, still no update on what’s happening with the transfer of the licences.
It’s 12 weeks since the buyer completed its DD.
An update on these from the BOD would be appreciated by the shareholders.

I sometimes think that these “finds” by shareholders can be counter productive to what the BOD are trying to achieve. They will release news when they feel the time is right or they are legally obliged to. There must be a reason for them not announcing it yet so let’s just wait and see. We can add it to the list of other news we are waiting for along with; NKT open pit JORC, Rosgeo Licences, Rosgeo JORCs, WK production figures for 2021 oh and the small matter of the asset sale. Loads of good news due “shortly”

It’s 16 weeks tomorrow since the BOD stated the following in an RNS;
“The financial position of the Company is sufficient to accomplish its commitments in relation to Rosgeo JV, where a JORC resource by Wardell Armstrong is to be announced shortly”
I think an update is long overdue, is there a problem with the transfer of licences?

Hawkspear; I agree, I seem to remember Roger claiming he owned millions at first then sold around 2 million at a huge profit but still wasn’t confident of EUA coming good for him!

Is it just me or is anyone else struggling to take this person seriously?

Tilly; it’s been one hell of a journey. Rollercoaster at first would be an understatement but now feel like we are on a cruise ship in calm seas. Just wish we knew what frigging port we are heading for to discharge EUA v1.

It’s been exactly 23 months since suspension, so much has changed since those days and the companies prospects are now massive. Exciting times ahead.

EUA v1; I wonder where we are at with the NKT open pit JORC?
EUA v2; The BOD stated JORCs shortly on 24 Sept RNS so what’s the delay? It can only be with the transfer of the licences which considering all the backing we now officially have from Russian Gov depts I’d have thought this would have been approved by now.
News has to be close, but then again we’ve been thinking that for months!

There certainly a lot of news coming our way, confidence with Shareholders is sky high and the NKT JORC would be an amazing start to the week. The futures bright, the futures EUA. All our life’s could change with one beautiful red dot.
