Why did they RNS not give us any updates on the progress of either of these?
Communications once again are terrible imo. They can’t or won’t give us any facts on what’s important to the asset sale which the market is crying out for.

SteJ; I disagree. The BOD have stated that the sanctions are not affecting us. Clearly the market disagrees, what’s happening with the Rosgeo Licences, JORCs & Asset sale. If they can’t progress any of those at present (which is understandable) then they should tell us. Why the silence? It’s infuriating and not helping anyone.

I think most people have taken a huge loss on EUA now. I’m lucky that I’m still in profit but only just. The BODs silence is not helping, it’s such a shame that with all the possible good news we could have they don’t see fit to give us an update on anything except put out a poxy tweet! No clarification on Rosgeo Licences, JORCs or asset sale. Communication skills are non existent at a time when we really need them. Feeling totally let down by them. No one has a clue what our current situation is.

I genuinely think this share should be suspended now based on what’s happening in Ukraine and all the sanctions the UK, EU & possibly Russia are putting in place. For me the SP and EUA is irrelevant at this moment in time when civilians (including children) are been killed I think we all need a reality check as to what’s important in life. EUA’s connections to Russia are never going to allow an orderly market in the current situation.

Mac; FFS. Everything we own or are trying to own is in Russia. You can’t seriously think these sanctions won’t affect us! Just look at the frigging SP today should tell you that we are affected in a bloody huge way.

The BOD have had plenty time to release news of the asset sale but haven’t gave us much in the way of facts since they entered the FSP. Were they been too greedy and trying to drag out every additional penny? It’s probably cost them a fortune. IMO they could/should have gave the market much more details to maintain the SP at a realistic level but chose not to. Still no word on the Rosgeo licences which are well overdue now, Putin probably ordered them not to be transferred and the BOD must have had an idea something wasn’t quite right.

My wish list for today;
1. Nyud Licence transfer & JORC
2. NKT open pit JORC
3. Asset sale update
4. SP to have a nice rise
5. Gecko not to argue with anyone all day long.

Not sure any will happen but here’s hoping.

Well said Mooching, unfortunately a certain poster who has returned always seems to get into arguments with someone and the bb gets absolutely full of childish crap.

I don’t think we will get any sale news until Rosgeo transfer the Nyud licence. I’m sure the BOD are doing all they can to obtain this ASAP. With a bit of luck this will be closely followed by the other 5 licence transfers (I’m assuming they were all applied for at the same time) and release of the associated JORC’s.

Gecko; I’ve been saying this for weeks. The licences are the issue/delay. Not sure all 6 of them have been paid for, I think the BOD just said Nyud but I may be wrong. I’m guessing in the current climate someone in authority isn’t keen on pushing them through just yet!

1. WK production figures for 2021
2. Rosgeo JV Licences; (1 Sept Nyud & Moroshkovoe in advanced state)
3. Rosgeo JV JORC’s (24 Sept; due shortly)
4. Asset sale; (28 Oct buyers DD complete)
5. NKT JORC open pit (16 Dec; upgrade by SGS and AS International)

Mac; I think we’ve all accepted that timeframes and EUA are not comparable to other companies. 16 weeks on Thursday is completely irrelevant, without the Rosgeo licences for Nyud do you honestly think they are ready to complete the sale? unless it’s MT, NKT (with no open pit JORC) or WK.

Beast; maybe they will get the “friend” in Hong Kong to do a tweet again lol I agree, they can’t just suspend it without good reason although it would be really nice to see the shorters squirm. Having said all that I don’t think I could cope with another suspension the last one was horrible.

Monty; I think the buyer is wanting NKT & Nyud as well. No licence yet for NYUD and JORCs pending for both of them.

Gecko; I’ve always said I wasn’t happy with the BOD’s communications to us Shareholders. Far too many cryptic clues and it leaves the SP open to so much manipulation. The mysterious II’s must have something to do with that, we all know how corrupt they are when they see a good chance of profit. In the BOD’s defence I genuinely think that the hold up is with the Roesgeo Licences which they have no control over. Having said that, I’d much prefer an RNS stating the facts as let’s be honest the MM’s will do as they please with the SP anyway.

I’m of the opinion that all we are waiting on now are the Rosgeo Licences. I think everything else is as good as ready but news won’t/can’t be released until we have those licences in our hands.

Today marks exactly 2 years since suspension, how the company has grown since then. Come on BOD mark this special date with a nice juicy RNS, Nyud licence transfer and NKT Open pit JORC would be lovely thanks.
