This is what the BOD told us in their last RNS issued on 2 March;
“The Board is closely monitoring the evolving sanctions and re-iterates that no individual or entity identified in the sanctions is associated with the Company in any way. Nor do the sanctions prevent the Company from executing on its M&A strategy as announced”

When you look at the list below it’s not difficult to figure out why our SP has been hammered by the MM’s. How long will the BOD remain silent?

Wkworld, last years notice of AGM and annual report RNS was released on 4 June so I’d think that’s the latest we’d have to wait for some communication from the BOD.

A draft peace agreement is not ready for any leaders' meeting as talks are set to resume on Monday, the chief Russian negotiator has said.
It had been hoped that a breakthrough in the talks would lead to a meeting between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Vladimir Medinsky said Russia's position on Crimea and Donbas remains unchanged.

Russian troops are leaving the Chernobyl area, Ukraine's state nuclear agency says.
If accurate, it would corroborate with other claims that Russia is retreating its troops from Kyiv Oblast.
The agency adds while some troops still remain on the site, most are headed for the Belarussian border.
Chernobyl was one of the first areas claimed by Russian troops during the invasion.
Western analysts predict that while Russia says it is now going to focus troops in the Donbas region, its forces could in fact be regrouping for more attacks across Ukraine.

Builder12; 100% agree. If we all keep reporting them admin seem to be removing them which makes this BB much more pleasant.

I’m not bothered if the SP stays around these levels as it’s a new tax year a week today and means I can move more into my ISA. Sod’s law says the BOD will release the big news on Tuesday lol

Bellers; I’m hoping that once the Ukraine situation is resolved we will see a rapid flow of information. My only concern is that we’ve been expecting a flow of information long before the Ukraine war started which never materialised due to suspension, NDA’s and obviously there are other reasons which the BOD haven’t told us about.

On 24 Sept (185 days ago) the BOD told us in an RNS that the JORCs were due “shortly”. I’d like to think they are sat on their desk waiting for the licences to be transferred then they will be released.

It’s 208 days since the BOD advised us in an RNS on 1 Sept that Nyud was in an advanced state, won’t be long till they give us an update on that.

The BOD have had the draft CPR for review since 8 Feb. That news should be released any time soon.

Lots of potential here and everyone knows one RNS from the company would see a big rise in the SP. At what point will those with shorts decide to close them too. News can’t be far away

Hopefully the peace talks will be successful which is what everyone wants and then the BOD can start releasing some of the “slightly” overdue news updates;
