What about these facts Mac, care to explain to us all why the BOD don’t seem to be able to give us an update?

Mac; “UBS, DLA Piper, Dmitry (ex investment banker who has done numerous deals previously), and now Artem . . . . . all top level experts in M&A” so why hasn’t the deal completed yet and why do we suddenly need Artem if as you always state that everything’s proceeding nicely and there’s no issues?

Mac; how many times over the last 2 years have you stated everything’s fine? Obviously that’s not the case otherwise we’d all be rich and celebrating in the Caribbean rather than trying to guess what the Furk is actually going on. None of us have a clue what’s going on behind the scenes and that includes yourself.

I think it’s understandable why AIM would question our BOD’s lack of updates;

Sbrace; the BOD have achieved a new level in communication incompetence and won the shareholders award for AIMs worst ever suspension. It’s ferking cringeworthy!

This is shambolic and another case of our BOD having 0 communications skills. 2 days of stress/excitement and they put out an RNS like that so much for our employing the best in the business. It’s embarrassing and the treatment of us shareholders is disgusting. No defending this BOD, are they out of their depth?

And the wait goes on, not sure why I’m shocked with the BODs previous communication skills. How hard is it to tell us what the reason is for the suspension? no specifics required just a very basic clarification to put investors minds at rest.

I really hope we get some clarification from the BOD at 7am. They are fully aware that shareholders have been waiting for news for a hell of a long time. If theres no RNS I think that would show a blatant disregard for us shareholders and prolong our agony. Come on BOD give us some positive news and allow us to finally enjoy the rest of the journey.

Mac; I think it’s a bit premature to get ****y until the news lands. We’re all hoping for that news soon and fingers crossed it’s what we are wishing for but please rein in the smug comments until after we know for sure.

With all this overdue news I wonder what’s made the company implement suspension? I’m confident we’re going to get good news (Asset Sale) but with EUA nothings ever straight forward;

I’m happy with the suspension, hopefully they will clarify the reason ASAP. They’ve put us shareholders through enough stress in the last 2.5 years!

Am I correct in thinking the latest date for the AGM would be Thursday 30th June? Therefore the BOD would have to advise us by Wednesday 8th June which is only 27 days away.
I’d think we will see a steady increase in buying & the SP over the next few weeks in anticipation of some news.
Does anyone know if the annual report has to be released at the same time? That should contain some very interesting updates.

Welcome to the Mac show, I hope you enjoyed the investment education. He’s definitely a legend in his own mind! I appreciate his research (some of its really informative) but why does he always have to take over the BB? He lost my respect with his backing of Russia and Mr Putin at the start of the war (it’s all in his posting history) I do wonder if he’s genuinely a private investor or not?

Stej; this share isn’t good for anyone at the moment apart from the shorters! I’m fine thanks, I don’t spend all day on here like some people.

The BOD have told us to stay calm but IMO that’s very difficult when the SP declines daily and still they say nothing, it’s far too predictable and so easy for the MM’s to continue dropping the SP. The war could go on for ages yet so at what point will they decide to break their silence and give us an update on the long overdue news?

Mac; I get what your saying but I think it’s blatantly obvious that this year isn’t a “typical” run up to an AGM. We’ve still got NDA’s in play, an asset sale going on and obviously the situation in Ukraine is forcing silence.

If anyone’s having doubts about their investment why not try giving the company a call and voice your concerns instead of looking for the answers on here! They’re obviously not that busy at the minute and are probably just sat around twiddling their thumbs waiting for either the war to end or June’s AGM to give us an update. +44 (0)20 7932 0418
