Great post LB and once again as shareholders we are left asking questions, the BOD give the impression that giving us basic facts is above them and it’s beyond me why every RNS is written in such a cryptic fashion. Their inability to issue a simple, factual RNS which is easy to understand is unbelievable. There’s so many questions that we don’t have the answers to, most of which the BOD could give us in one RNS and clarify the current situation. Suspension for 6 months, FSP, NDAs, War in Ukraine, mysterious II placements, suspension for 2 days, NOMAD resignation. Unfortunately the BOD don’t seem to want to give us any answers (they are fully aware that shareholders have all these questions) so we just have to sit and wait, and wait, and wait and wait while they remain silent and unaccountable to any of us!

The last update I can find is the RNS on 16 Dec 2021, did we get anything else?

Beast; they defo moved the goalposts. Only licence we are waiting on (officially) is NYUD and that is part of the Rosgeo JV which was the reason we ended the FSP from memory. I don’t think they had to RNS any offers unless they accepted it. The BOD have told us that nothing affects the asset sale at present so we have to assume it’s the NYUD licence that’s holding everything up. Whoever or whatever is holding that licence been transferred is doing it for a specific reason IMO.

Pompal; I think we’re all thinking along the same lines these days (with the exception of Mac) the BOD are appalling, no communication from them and shareholders are left guessing/wishing/hoping. I’d love to see what their daily work schedule is like!

Thanks lovelyboy; good to see someone that is interested in discussing EUA today. When I phoned the company a while ago I asked what was happening with Rosgeo licences and was asked “which one” I pointed out that I was only aware of NYUD, after a bit of silence they said it’s pending. Not sure if it was a misunderstanding or a slip of the tongue (hoping for the latter)

Mac; I’ve held for 153 weeks and never sold a single share (like yourself supposedly) I think those with high IQs and more astute business brains sold out long ago. Welcome to the low IQ club, don’t give up your day job just yet.

Fish; It’s not looking good for the BOD ever selling anything. They can’t even sell the stuff they’ve pulled out of the ground FFS.

Can someone (who isn’t in Macs green bin) ask him if he can re copy & paste that but only put in the bits that we actually have licences for?

Calls; it’s getting very difficult to believe what our BOD say anymore, too many holes in their stories IMO. Far too many things they are failing to get any progress on!

Ragsrob; I think some serious questions need to be asked of our BOD. The list of conflicting statements grows every time they release news! DFS nearly complete 13 months ago to now claiming submission in Dec. Rosgeo JV, we’ve no idea how many licences we’ve applied for, what costs have been spent on it and most importantly WTF is happening with it at present. JORC for NKT open pit, WK DFS, WK figures for last year & when they will sell the stock, INED appointed but can’t progress anything as it’s out of his hands. It seems they are trying to do far too much at once but achieving the square root of fcuk all. EUA v2; what’s the latest on that. All IMO

On 18 May the BOD appointed Artem Matyushok as INED to speed up the sale process. If we are still waiting on the NYUD licence & MT JORC is only going to be submitted in Dec 2022 I’m interested to know in what way he has managed to speed things up? They’ve told us the original buyer is still at the table so hows Artem going to achieve this?

Is there anything to take from the change in wording from “submission in 2022” to “completion by the end of 2022” for the MT DFS?
I’m sure they’d previously mentioned something about completion in November 2022 but I can’t find it at the minute.
1 Sept 2021; The Monchetundra Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS), contracted to CKE and EMR (both defined below), is in the final stages of its development further to the successful completion of geotechnical and other studies performed by Gipronickel (an engineering arm of Norilsk Nickel) as well as an audit by Wardell Armstrong International.
29 June 2022; Definitive Feasibility study on schedule for submission in 2022.
30 Sept 2022; Monchetundra Definitive Feasibility Study being progressed for completion by the end of 2022.

Thanks Tygra; I’d imagine they will be keen to exercise them if they can as it’s an instant paper profit for them! I think it was around 130,000,000 in total expiring earlybNov but may be getting mixed up and can’t be bothered trying to go through all the hundreds of RNSs they’ve released lately :)

We might get a Nov RNS stating the DFS is complete and is now with the BOD for “review” ready for submission before the end of 2022! That will be as exciting as it gets. I do wonder ref the BOD having warrants/options that expire early in Nov, anyone know what happens with those?
