Mac; what do you actually think is going to happen in Nov? This is what the BOD told us in the last RNS;
“At Monchetundra the ongoing DFS study for the Loipishnune and West Nittis open pits represents an important reporting milestone for the project's development and is on schedule for submission before the end of 2022.”

Officecat; if your so confident why did you ask them about it when you called them? Surely you’ve got to admit it’s a concern? If everything’s fine then why not tell us that, they know we’re all asking the same questions.

Lovelyboy; there’s definitely an issue with the licence and IMO shareholder would have to be either mad or stupid not to ask for an update as to why and what (if any) are their contingency plans for it not been issued. The BOD clearly expected it to be transferred when they issued those RNSs.

2. Rosgeo JV JORC’s (24 Sept; due shortly) 372 days ago!
3. Asset sale; (28 Oct buyers DD complete) 338 days ago!
4. NYUD JORC (8 Feb draft CPR with BOD for review) 235 days ago!
5. 2 March; BOD confirm that the sanctions don’t prevent the Company from executing on its M&A strategy 213 days ago!
6. 18 May; Artem Matyushok appointed as INED to speed up the sale process 136 days ago

Officecat; do you honestly think the BOD would have used such words as; 1 Sept 2021 Nyud in advanced state, Rosgeo JV JORC’s 24 Sept 2021 due shortly & NYUD JORC (8 Feb draft CPR with BOD for review) if they hadn’t expected the NYUD licence to be issued soon after each released RNS. There’s obviously an issue with the transfer of the licence and I think they should be giving us an update on it as it’s obviously essential for the asset sale and possibly EUA v2 as well. However you think they will be able to give you more info in a phone call if your nice to them, good luck with that hahaha.

Is this the only mention of the Rosgeo JV?
“Reporting on other Kola deposits, including Nyud and Moroshkovoe will be provided when Eurasia holds title to the relevant licenses”
I’d have liked to know if things are progressing.

Is there anything to take from the change in wording from “submission in 2022” to “completion by the end of 2022” for the MT DFS?
I’m sure they’d previously mentioned something about November 2022 but I can’t find it at the minute.
1 Sept 2021; The Monchetundra Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS), contracted to CKE and EMR (both defined below), is in the final stages of its development further to the successful completion of geotechnical and other studies performed by Gipronickel (an engineering arm of Norilsk Nickel) as well as an audit by Wardell Armstrong International.
29 June 2022; Definitive Feasibility study on schedule for submission in 2022.
30 Sept 2022; Monchetundra Definitive Feasibility Study being progressed for completion by the end of 2022.

Im hoping the BOD will gives us some news on these today with the interims but not holding my breath;

You do have to ask the question at what point will the BOD be legally obliged to release news, will the NOMAD allow them to maintain their silence for much longer?

Tygra; I stopped doing that list as it was obvious there were/are issues and the BOD were just not going to give us any updates on them. Very frustrating and annoying but nothing we can do, I’m just hoping they are doing it for a good reason and that one day all will be revealed and we will reap the benefits.

Tygra; I’m not disagreeing with anything you’ve said. I’m working on RNS issued on Friday 30th at 1830, anything before that is a bonus. What that RNS contains is anyone’s guess but I’m not getting my hopes up for anything more than what they legally have to issue. I’ve said for a long time now I have issues with the BODs communication and lack of clarity.

Lenoman; I agree, that’s how I read it. Interims on schedule for end of Sept.

KoC; I had this email response from the company on 8 Sept so I’m going with what they’ve stated as opposed to someone on here who is just guessing! Of course things may have changed since then but I’m confident it will be released.
“We aim to provide an update on operational and commercial items via RNS in due course. The Company’s interim financial statements are on schedule for publication later this month”

S12345; you ask why has the interims been delayed, in your obvious wealth of knowledge can you tell us what date they were/are due? End of Sept was my understanding (Friday) but happy for you to prove me wrong!

I’m wondering if the BOD will give us an update on this with the Interim report. It’d be really nice to know how things are proceeding. Can’t remember the last time they gave us an update on it and it’s clearly essential for us. Even just a “it’s all going fine” would be appreciated.

Mac; what do you thinks going to happen in Dec. DFS complete (possibly yes) but do you seriously think they will give us any of the data? It’s then got to go through another process for approval. I’m more interested in what’s happening with the NYUD licence!
