CTC; the fact it’s so inefficient tells us that’s exactly how the market want it to be. It’s 2022, I know teenagers who could come up with a system that would work perfectly showing which are buys & sells. Corruption from the very top!

Everyone’s keeping their head down just like the BOD. We don’t want anyone else to find out about EUA and our asset sale! Well apart from Mac who’s reminding everyone of our amazing assets, could he single handedly mess up the BODs master plan if the news gets out in the public domain...

Portsmouth1; I’m holding until they announce a sale or whatever. I just find the silence infuriating and not having any idea where we’re at with the asset sale just makes things worse. I don’t subscribe to the “they need to keep their head down”. We’ve supposedly got agreements with Rosgeo & ERDC (Russian gov) and no sanctions from the West, so who in the hell do they need to hide from?

The BOD get the grief at present because.... they are they ones in charge and give statements like JORC shortly, pay substantial dividends, sanctions don’t affect their ability to sell the assets. We’ve had two suspensions, a new Nomad, FSP, interested parties, credible parties, buyer completed DD, Rosgeo JV. In addition we’ve appointed new staff etc to supposedly assist with the asset sale yet after all that we have no idea what’s actually happening (lots of guesses) and yet it appears we can’t do anything until we get the DFS and Nyud licence approved. Their RNS read like they were written by a politician (always open to opinion as never clear and easy to understand) If things were going great they’d be getting plenty of credit too and rightly so. They take the wage so should take the flak when things are going as slow as they have been.

At some point everyone is going to know what’s happening, my biggest concern is when will the bod tell us and how low are they willing to let the SP go before breaking their silence. Yes they hold millions of shares but they are also the only shareholders who know exactly what’s going on. Anyone who says they are happy to wait and aren’t concerned while the SP is continually dropping must be mad.

The Monchetundra Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS), contracted to CKE and EMR (both defined below), is in the final stages of its development further to the successful completion of geotechnical and other studies performed by Gipronickel (an engineering arm of Norilsk Nickel) as well as an audit by Wardell Armstrong International.

29 June 2022;
1. MT Definitive Feasibility study on schedule for submission in 2022.
2. The Company continues to progress discussions with regard to the potential sale of its assets, appointing KPMG Russia as agent in May 2022, and has set aside sufficient funds to complete and submit a Definitive Feasibility Study for the Monchetundra project in November 2022.
3. The Group has spent £682,419 on a development programme for the Monchetundra asset during 2021 and has budgeted a further £527,000 for statutory reporting on this asset to November 2022, keeping the asset in good standing while strategic options for the project's development are considered.

I know they mentioned November previously but I can’t remember, does anyone know which RNS it was in? This is all I can find in previous RNS/Annual/Interim Reports.

The DFS is the key to everything now IMO, I really hope the BOD will at the very least inform us of its completion & submission but I’m not holding my breath.

CTC; there’s definitely a lot more to Mac than he lets us know on here. I don’t trust him at all which is a shame because he’s well researched, there’s just something not right about him and agree 100% that he’s not willing to listen to anyone’s differing opinion. He’s a legend in his own mind!

Mac; I think everyone’s preference would be for the BOD to sort out selling EUA v1 before thinking about EUA v2. At this rate EUA v2 will be my grandchildren’s concern!

After last nights incident in Poland I’m hopeful that all the leaders at the G20 summit will figure out a way to end this war in Ukraine. The loss of innocent lives, injuries, damage to infrastructure and the effect it’s having on the world economy has to make this a top priority for all of them and certain countries can’t turn a blind eye to what’s happening for much longer. China & India need to put some pressure on Putin to stop. Appreciate it’s not going to be easy to find a solution but something has to be done and compromises will have to be made on both sides to make it happen.

Media reporting that civilians are out on the streets of Kherson with Ukraine flags etc. I guess that makes our woes on here seem irrelevant. Happy times for them all which is great news.

Yes Mac, I think we’ve got a pile of it stored in a shed somewhere waiting to be sold. It’s on the BODs “to do” list along with everything else!

@LB; yep, I see where your coming from. I’m probably clutching at straws. 100% agree that the licences are essential. It’s really frustrating that they’re taking so long and we’re left guessing (about everything). Hopefully all will become clear one day soon and we can all know exactly what’s going on, I’m not holding my breath though!

@LB, I agree with most of your responses. The only one I slightly disagree with is Rosgeo Licences, appreciate we’ve only ever been officially told about NYUD but when I called the company one time and asked a load of questions, when I asked reference Rosgeo Licences they replied which one! I pointed out that as far as I knew we’d only applied for NYUD but was happy for them to correct me if I was mistaken.... after an awkward silence they said they couldn’t give me any further details. May have been a slip of the tongue or confusion but I’d not be shocked if they’ve applied for more but not told us!
