Castaway, maybe they did raise the £6m and realised that the Aim listing was too restrictive for their plans. That is my hope.

Having studied again the RNS and considered statements made by DL in the podcasts there is some sense in this course of action. DL did say in the podcasts that it would not always be an equity investment. In some cases it would be a loan and specialised management applied to the project. What the RNS is saying that under AIM rules this kind of involvement, if it doesn't involve equity investment, isn't allowed. Time will tell but clarification would be appreciated.

I don't think anything changes with the rto. Will the stocks epic be changed - I think it will be.
