LSE have confirmed they will chase this missing RNS once again.
I fear that even if it does appear now the impetus will have been lost.

I contacted LSE in August and they promised to notify the developers who will contact the supplier and request the RNS be sent to the website.
I followed up that email this morning.

This I believe is the critical piece:
" • SEPCOIII completing a due diligence investigation on Kibo and its project portfolio as required by SEPCOIII internal procedures"

Class or what? How about: I'm an Internal Auditor, have you ever been audited?

I have emailed LSE to request that the above RNS is included in the list of Kibo RNS.
It is an important announcement in the grand scheme of things and should be listed.

Those who think the GoT will meet their promise to announce new projects by the end of August have very short memories.

I have a vision of a TG official going round to the Kibo offices every day hammering the door down demanding the licence application.

LC doesn't do monthly Q&A sessions anymore so I was hoping for a podcast today to update the market. Come on LC you know it makes sense!

You say the other company has a high SP. The SP cannot be a direct comparison, it depends on the number of shares in issue and the capital value of the business.

quite simply means there will be no problem getting funding as and when needed.

The presentation mentions increasing value for stakeholders. That could include shareholders or it could be interpreted as just Sepco, GE, etc. As for LC's past record of increasing value for shareholders, no further comment necessary.
This presentation contains some serious misrepresentations, take page 10 and the reference to the simplified handling of investments proposals - no mention of the constant changing of such procedures . Then also on page 10, strong government support, again no mention of the frequent failure by the TG to adhere to agreed timescales.
Ok of course LC has to choose his words carefully but if this is a form of prospectus for future investors then by choosing carefully his words he is relying on an investment equivalent of caveat emptor.
In the meantime the market welcomes the news and presentation with its customary SP markdown.
