The presentation mentions increasing value for stakeholders. That could include shareholders or it could be interpreted as just Sepco, GE, etc. As for LC's past record of increasing value for shareholders, no further comment necessary.
This presentation contains some serious misrepresentations, take page 10 and the reference to the simplified handling of investments proposals - no mention of the constant changing of such procedures . Then also on page 10, strong government support, again no mention of the frequent failure by the TG to adhere to agreed timescales.
Ok of course LC has to choose his words carefully but if this is a form of prospectus for future investors then by choosing carefully his words he is relying on an investment equivalent of caveat emptor.
In the meantime the market welcomes the news and presentation with its customary SP markdown.
