Yes I remain invested here Wimbo but honestly, is it so difficult to do a podcast with his tame interviewer Justin Waite, where he chooses the questions to answer? That way he protects the sensitivity and he can choose how he reassures the shareholders. At the moment it's the old mushroom scenario. Of course, if everything isn't 'hunky dory' then I can see why he would be saying nothing!

A major PPA working party meeting is announced and then we hear nothing. LC cancels UKIS visit. A total PR blackout. His email to me last week suggested he was getting annoyed with emails from shareholders yet the company is doing nothing to settle shareholder concerns. A Q&A podcast would at least give LC the chance to reassure the market (as per usual he would choose the questions he responds to) but it seems he can't be bothered.

The lack of news and the consistent delays have forced me to review my investment here. Whilst I had intended initially to see this project through to completion I am now minded to take some profit on 500k of shares as soon as the sp reaches 10p. This will almost cover my initial investment - and allow me to stock up on some incontinence pants! I know they say good things come to those who wait but at my age sometimes you can't wait! Sorry, must dash!

There are right and wrong ways of saying things. If you think LC is incompetent then, assuming you 're invested here, why did you make that investment and why are you still invested here?

I guess it's all relative, but what we shareholders consider to be 'material' - e.g. share price - the BOD clearly don't. What the reply did confirm is that LC is aware of our concerns - if only because of his rapidly filling inbox, which he clearly does read. In fact I would suggest that he finds the quantity of emails an irritation at this time.

I have been out all day, just catching up. I did get a reply from LC last week in which he said he would not be replying to emails from shareholders at this time. He did confirm that Kibo is fundamentally healthy, progressing well on all fronts and that they will diligently update the market on any material changes be they good or bad.

LC has finally replied to my 3rd email to say he no longer replies to shareholder emails! I have thanked him for his email and stated that when there is a lack of news from any other source then our only recourse is to seek information from our CEO. I'm sure he didn't need to be reminded of that but I could not let the opportunity pass.

This is beginning to feel like GGP all over again. Last year Newmont were running the rule over a goldfield. A big offer was expected but the 6 month timeframe passed with no news. All the boards "happy clappers" said no problem, no news is a good sign. Even the CEO when interviewed on podcasts refused to answer questions but smiled smugly - like LC's nod and a wink. Still the news didn't come despite RNS saying news will follow shortly so still the happy clappers ramped the situation "if it we're not so GH would have told you". Newmont walked! As for it doesn't matter how long this takes, well it depends on your age. Having been invested here for 4 years - price roughly still the same now - I would like to enjoy the benefits of my investment whilst I am still able. I have sent 2 very courteous emails to LC and received zero reply! It's the mushroom effect once again.

The meeting demonstrated a clear strategy on the part of the Ministry and TANESCO for the prompt conclusion of the PPA process, which will enable financial close of the MCPP, which the Company believes could then be in production in 36 months. Clear deliverables were identified, and individual roles and responsibilities agreed to ensure successful completion of the PPA by the end of Q1 2018. To ensure that this expedited PPA deadline can be met, the Ministry proposed specific changes to the MOU to create a more streamlined process and procedure; and within this context the Ministry and TANESCO made firm commitments to deliver the signed MOU by no later than 31 January 2018.
