A good RNS. Whilst clearly Suzy is a good scientist the ability to combine that skill set with running a company was a step too far. We have to recognise that Suzy took over at a difficult time for the company and she clearly tried her best but was not prepared for the new role. I hope she will continue to be a valued member of the company when she takes up her new position.
I don’t post here often but I do regularly follow the posts.
If my memory is correct I seem to remember SD giving Trx until June 22 to come up with the finance and when questioned as to why such a long leeway she inferred she didn’t want them to miss another timeline! Here we are 9 months later and still waiting !
A suggestion by me on the Mast telegram chat in reply to a poster saying he was going in big got me kicked out. All I said was that I hoped you had carried out some research and in particular into the pedigree of the BoD. I just thought it was helpful advice.
The resulting action said it all really.
I totally agree iceman.
After all, we are stakeholders in this business and deserve to be kept informed.
SD should also be aware that stakeholders do have rights and with those rights come consequences for perceived failure.
Kibo Energy plc is an Irish company and the way that Hargreaves Lansdown can hold these now has changed. They are held as CREST Depository Interests (CDIs) as they had to be migrated from Euroclear UK & Ireland to Euroclear Bank due to Brexit.
Holding CDIs allows us to offer electronic trading in the same way as UK shares. However, for each CDI issued, CREST holds the same number of shares in its name direct with the Central Securities Depositary of the home country of the underlying stock.
This process does have an impact on certain elements of holding investments. You will not receive Voting rights or be able to attend a company meeting. We are currently in the process of introducing a facility that will allow us to vote on some of the CDI holdings and will be contacting clients with further details once the facility is in place.
