“CSTS with Vale



The Company has entered into a mutually binding Coal Supply Term Sheet ('CSTS') with Vale Mozambique, S.A. ('Vale') to supply coal to the Benga Power Plant Project in Mozambique ('BPPP'). The CSTS commits the parties to a supply agreement that will meet the full operational coal requirement of a 150 MW (gross generation capacity) coal fired power plant. The CSTS will be converted into a definitive Coal Supply Agreement ("CSA") as part of the process during which a final Power Purchase Agreement ("PPA") is finalized with EDM



Vale is a local coal miner, and subsidiary of Vale SA, one of the world's largest diversified miners, situated in very close proximity to the BPPP site. The CSTS with Vale was based on the findings of the optimized DFS which indicated that a blend of varying quality bituminous coal can be fed to the Power Plant CFB boiler. Vale has the capacity and capability to supply the different coal qualities for an optimal blend and the CSTS provides for a supply of c. 650 000 tonnes of coal per annum, structured to supply the various coal qualities required for the optimal blend“

Hello Gillie. There is some good news with this low share price, a few months back I sold some of my trading account shares, thereby crystallising a tax loss which I offset against a property CGT charge, and then bought them back in an ISA.

Someone preferred the suggestion that it might be brokers selling off shares to settle outstanding fees. I have just received a message from HL to inform me fees are due and that if not settled by 29/01 shares will be sold to pay the fees.

Just bought another 150k shares, now watch the sp drop!!

Good business, it depends on the exchange rate used, that is to say how many shares per £ of debt.

Could it be Sanderson, selling to raise cash to take part in a placing?

I have had previous experience of a de-listed share but any news, even whilst de-listed, were always issued via LSE RNS.

The AGM was today at 11am, we await the results to see how the company will progress.

In a nutshell, the highly paid BoD have simply failed to deliver any shareholder value. They have managed dilution and disposal of assets but money to pay salaries doesn’t grow on trees.

I hold shares in kibo through Hargreaves Lansdown and ii and was not invited to vote through the Corporate Actions facility operated by these companies. If you want to vote at the AGM and you have not been offered the opportunity then you need to send a secure message clearly stating your voting requirements. Remember the AGM is Monday so you need to act quickly.

Neither ii nor Hargreaves Lansdown have listed the above AGM in their Corporate Actions. If you want to use your votes at next Monday’s AGM then you will need to notify these brokers through the Secure Message facility.
