I am puzzled by the salary and share options granted by Kat to LC as I am sure I read that Kat would be issuing shares to Kibo for LC’s services. Can anyone clarify this?

Isn’t there an agreement that Kibo get kat shares in settlement for services provided by Kibo employees?

My guess, by looking at the number of votes cast, is that Sandersons either voted for or abstained.

Approx 302m votes for, 190m against.

Only 46.55% of total eligible votes cast.

BUT 68% votes for, 32% against.

As the Company did not reach the mandatory threshold of 75% approval from shareholders for resolutions 2,3,6,7,10,11,13 and 14 which are all Special Resolutions and the remaining resolutions which are Ordinary Resolutions are conditional and interdependent on approval of the Special Resolutions, all resolutions have not been approved.
