I disagree on one aspect of your post- SEPCO should not be focusing on the Tanzanian issues since they have a contract to manage it, they should be concentrating on the Botswana and Mozambique projects.

Being a large, Chinese state owned company I have no doubt that there will be procedures/formalities to be followed before it can be signed off following the Haneti disposal. In reality it has changed from being a physical asset into an investment on the BS.
