31st was the dead line!!!

I've been waiting for the right opportunity to average down here with a large buy, but couldn't help myself and jumped into Premier Oil last week thinking I'll make a bit on PMO then average down.

TYPICAL I can't even get that right!!!

For your information NewOTB, I'm a large share holder in this company and have been for years!

My grievance is with the way the board has managed the Fortuna project and the lack of info from them which has caused multiple unnecessary crashes in this stock.

Tanzania has no current value so they technically they have nothing to sell!

This will use any excuse to crash until this feckless board come out with news on Fortuna!

I've been investing on the stock market for 30 years now and I have never owned a company stock where the Board have been so hopeless! They are taking massive sums out of the company, no wonder they are keeping quiet.

Whoever is buying this stock now is getting it at it's lowest ever price!

I'm heavily invested in Ophir and need to average down at some point, but if Fortuna is lost then I think this will tank.

The board couldn't have managed this any worse! They have to finally come out with a definite announcement just when the share is at an all time low and oil has clasped!

This will continue to edge down now until the Board come out with some concrete news on Fortuna!
What ever happens with Fortuna the Board have miss managed this at every step.

Golar said in the Q&A yesterday that if Ophir don't get an extension on Fortuna there will be no Fortuna! Ophir shares shot down straight after it was said!

The market didn't like what Golar had to say about Fortuna in their results today!

It shows you that Fortuna isn't priced in and will collapse with any bad news!

Who is Barron?

After spending 205 million dollars on Santos which is all done and dusted how is Ophir still only valued at £268min total?

I could be wrong but I think this is it's lowest ever actual day finish? If they don't come out with anything but great news on Thursday I'm afraid this will tank!

Looking at the reaction of the share price, you would have thought we lost out on the deal?

I thought the price would've had a lift the week before the Santos deal is tied up?

As for the results next week, the board has no choice but to come out with some concrete positive news or they will have to walk!

Back into the 30's again.

Probably over 95% of the the holders of these share sit at an average price of around £2.00 and they are not selling! so to crash so much on almost no volume is very hard to understand?

Legal & General have purchased almost 1% more!

When I invest into a company I invest in the board that's in place, available cash for investments and the asset base.
4-5 years ago when I first invested in Ophir they had it all, it only looked like a matter of time before they made it big!
Fast forward to now, CEO out, cash spent and no Fortuna, but still should be worth more than 38p!!!

I thought I knew how to invest in the market. I've been doing it for years but this has got me buggered!

Does anyone know what the hell is going on with this terribly run company?

If these keep declining they are going to be buying Santos at around about the same value as the whole of Ophir, That would mean that either the market see the value of Ophir as zero or the Santos assets as zero? this doesn't make any sense to me?

The Santos deal is all but done so this should be rising not collapsing?
