If they did cancel the demerger, the value would be what Rasp is now, not what it was on the 14th Feb.

As of the 16th Feb he held 417,767,314 shares, doubt very much that he will drip feed them into the market, he would be looking to offload to one or two buyers , ideally one.

What a knob, he transferred the shares held in his own company and put them in his own name

It’s marked down because the value of the dividend is deducted from the market cap ,nothing to do with MM’s

I reckon you should do a bit more research and get a calculator out as he owns 29% ish of the shares , call it 400m shares
