Yes of course the £1.88 would have drastically been reduced but it still doesnt get away from the fact that they would in ,my opinion ,have been due that money back. As it stands with the demerger still in place they will receive the monies for the sale of the RASP shares later in the year

It wasn’t a dividend as such but a return on capital. At the moment all those holders on the register have been allocated 0.42 shares in RASP to be sold by the majority and receive the cash back. If the demerger doesn’t go ahead they’d still be entitled to the cash back

The shareholders on the register took the hit from the demerger and will receive the money back by the sell off of the RASP shares as a return of capital. If the demerger doesn’t go ahead they should be entitled to that money back. Yes they could buy a lot more shares back with the monies and fair play if they do but remember the fall to these levels is down to the war.
It is totally fair as you or any other recent buyers have no entitlement to that money

If the company haven’t issued a notification of cancellation, then no it’s not.

If the demerger is cancelled it would be common sense to return the money to the shareholders on the register on the 15th. Feb

I don’t have a problem with negative comments only when the same people keep repeating them over and over. Who in there right mind would stay invested in a company that they are so unhappy with, greed could be the answer?

The company has no operations in the Ukraine, these were sold in 2018
