Meanwhile this is acting true to form. Getting people over excited about £3, or even 2.50 ,while steadily sliding backward from the modest gains made.

A little less southward would be nice though. We have had a fair bit of that and can expect some more come ex div.

Observations are not moaning. People have the right to expect a fair performance, and are allowed to say so, I brought these at around 2.60 , in fairly short order they climbed to over £3(3.19?) so when I purchased them they clearly had the ability to climb.Why have they lost that ability?

What makes you think I moaning? Did you research why I should moan? £2.50 represents just under10% growth, its already around 5% this year. That plus the dividend is fine for me. However nothing wrong with wanting a better performance. I assume you don't.

I agree, a very negative attitude, not to want what you own to gain value. However I'm afraid I retain my own negative views here. If this finishes the year above £2.50 I'll be pleasantly surprised.

I do worry about this someone like Santander do something that pleases there shareholders and the shareholders stick with them and the moment continues .Here people can't wait to be rid.Like holding a hot spud.

All such bodies are useless. Just smoke and mirrors set up so governments can pretend they are doing something . They are set up by people from whatever industry they are supposed to be monitoring to represent the needs of the establishment, not to ensure the small guy gets a fair deal.

Your main problem with our chancellor seems to be she is a woman, and would therefore would be better employed doing domestic duties. Try explaining your theory to your daughters.
