This looks like a proper breakout? And with lots of selling volume clearing out the deadwood.

Pinch of salt on any of those pre opening offers. It’s a game that is played by various traders. The real position turns up about two minutes ahead of the opening where people don’t want to sit behind other bids and offers in the dealing order.

ADVFN has the trades today at 163m higher than yesterday’s 150m.

Looks like the MMs found a new seller mid morning but one not looking to sell at any price.

A nice pop is on the horizon once they are gone.

A ten bagger from here would put this on a £150m market cap. That doesn’t seem aggressive given proprietary engineering and a track record of projects. In fact it looks like a nice entre for someone with capital who wants to have a seat at the table where projects are being agreed. Yes there will be others who fit the bill but this one has pan European and US relationships in place.

Anyway it’s caveat emptor as ever.

Feels like the massive volumes have come to an end and the stock is now moving on retail buying with occasional stale bull sellers feeding the market plus a few momentum players from a week ago happy to move onto their next “Big Idea.”

A few days of upward consolidation and then a move on the next operational update or contract win. Looking good.

Nice piece of analysis here with a touch of realism as to some of the challenges which given EQT is chasing a small part of the market it should overcome. The EU spending €750bn on a green stimulus certainly adding to the impetus.

Also no post 4.30 delayed trades as we have had on big days of late.

Probably but I think that long term underlying earnings growing a PE of 20-25 makes sense.

Much more important is when EQT can become a carried equity partner in a stream of projects all with 40 years revenue horizons.

That’s when the crazy numbers make sense and Mr Palumbo gets his £50m bonus!

Also having a proven track record for the supporting issues like insurance most likely cuts the project timelines which is especially important for smaller cookie cutter projects where the capital needs to start paying for itself as soon a possible.

Hell I am starting to like this stock!

This actually could become a serious advantage for EQT.

It’s clear from DP’s comments that this insurance is financially important to the economics of any project therefore assuming Eqtech can deliver the Billingham project to standard over the coming year its likely they will have a significant “Insurance Advantage” over incoming companies without a commercial track record. Perhaps this is an upside paid for by dilution and delays in former times?

Looks like this mornings seller has packed up?

And check the sells. This is really good recycling of stale shareholdings into new hands.

It comes with “A wall of worry” especially when you realise it was under 0.2p last week but that comes with the territory of these potential multi multi baggers.

The good news is the management is incentivised to deliver with an option on 15% of the shares but only for 34 months now so David Palumbo is going to be focused on delivery.

Hoping to hold my nerve at 1p, 3p, 5p and 10p as that £1bn valuation may well be on the cards!

15% volume today and just wondered if there might have been some persons short of the share looking for a cheap placing to bail them out.

If so, ouch and it will probably get much worse on the next contract win which sounds not that far away.

With the debt issues being kicked into the long grass this stock now looks like it can make a serious break upwards especially if there are any new contract wins?

Assuming the Spanish fund that has been selling is done even without a horde of new momentum investors this should rebalance towards a higher price.

0.35p-0.40p given recent news would not seem unreasonable? Add in the momentum players and it may go higher.

There does appear to have been a step change since DP took over as CEO at the behest of the largest shareholders. TheIt model seems to have migrated to a more “Cookie Cutter” small scale projects approach with partners who may have multiple projects in the wings. That if it comes to pass should derisk the onboarding of clients die to lower technical challenges and greater confidence on subsequent orders.

This should be a very different proposition come 12 months. Hopefully back to the IPO market cap of €35m or 0.80p a share.

INAVA INGENIERIA DE ANALISIS, SL Announced late a few months ago that they had sold a and then more recently taking them below 5%.

Clearly they have been a seller because they are being liquidated as part of winding up a fund. Their disclosure is to put it mildly poor!

Anyway I cannot find an original holding announcement for when they acquired the stock. Could anyone be so kind as to point me in the right direction.

The big issue is are they the party who have consistently undermined any buying over the last 6 months plus? It appears so.

Anyway with a much tighter register this one may surprise to the upside on even a glimmer of good news.

Dear Analyst

It’s clear that EQT have been for an extensive period in the “Let’s demonstrate our technology phase” as a prelude to a more industrial project by project sales process.

As part of that “Post Demonstration Phase” is there scope for creating strong recurring revenues or capturing some of the carbon credits?

Just hoping this eventually becomes an IP technology play with their much higher valuations?

Your thoughts would be welcome.

Most likely North took the steam out of the market which occurred mid day.

Hopefully they are gone before the next good news.
