Nice clear out of stock which explains why the share struggled for a bit to go up just under 0.80p. Mind you it’s didn’t last!

But that stock Is now parked into dozens of smaller hands who presumably cane for a multibagger.

At 3.25p and a fully diluted 5bn shares this is still only £162m market cap.

Given that in 2014 it was floated on a £30m cap and they have made substantial IP and technology acquisitions since that time a 3.25p share price doesn’t sound fancy.

That 0.67p offer looks under siege at present.

MMS must be hoping profit takers start coming in but they look pretty thin.

This recent jump seems to have persuaded stale holders to wait and see. IMHO.

Yes but the numbers talked of are usually revenue which on a 20% margin probably would be used to fund work in progress as the orders build.

My suggested £5m raise at 1.25p would be a 10% dilution and would probably result in being able to move up towards bigger projects and take an equity stake which might post commissioning be sold on to a pension fund for a tidy return once derisked. In the end DP is a corporate finance venture capitalist so if this starts to come together he is going to make it happen quickly.

I am still pencilling in a 100 bagger on my 0.20p buys. And that 20p seems a lot nearer now than just a couple of weeks ago.

On any placing I am placing my bet on £5m at 1.25p once DP has announced a decent Contract win. Institutions only and with an ESG theme to resit the conversation and be taken seriously by contract counterparts. Also to chip in some equity into projects to kick start them and acquire the projects quicker.

Yep the final death throws of our previously significant Spanish shareholder as the liquidator of the fund sells as quickly as possible so as to finalise his own bill.

Once this has completely gone the squeeze on good news should take it passed 1p.

No more cheap easy stock for the MMs to sell.

Price changes are going to get jumpy.

A 6,060,606 0.5525p sell at 16.25 seems to have held back the tide.

But for how long?

As to whether this gets to 0.6p today we will see.

What however is clear is the volume 156m and at 0.55p average that’s £860k of trading.

There is a lot of two way traffic and as soon as those exiting funds run out of stock then the MMs will be looking for higher prices.

Looks like the Bulgarian fund that went under 3% last week and the liquidating Spanish fund which had just under 4% are finally selling out their holdings.

Maxim number was 270m shares so once that anchor has slipped the momentum should be back.

Also they will have been selling into last weeks volume.

I dactyl the direction wind and solar is heading towards as politicians don’t mind pump priming these new technologies but don’t want to have to subsidies them on an ongoing basis.

Also post the cuts in solar subsidies the financiers are wary of long term government promises and need technology like EQT that make sense from day one.

They drill holes into those tips and use the waste gas to power up small container sized gas to electricity generators. The cost of moving the dirt which is by now reasonably stable is too high.

Anyway there is no shortage of new waste!

But only consolidate with good news was the subtext from PB’s reply.

The real upside may well come from these smaller plants that they see a bread and butter deals. The transformation there would be if a larger partner able to do a series of deals effectively incorporates the Eqtec solution and then does half a dozen of them sequentially.

It’s the model that delivered for ARM, Intel etc. Become part of someone else’s solution but retain the IP along the way.

Anyway buckets of leverage if things go to plan.
