OncotypeDX makes up the majority of Exact Sciences revenue at the moment and they are sitting on $1 billion of cash, so it is possoble that Exact themselves could make a bid for Accustem/StemprintER.

It is quite normal in the United States for smaller Co's to pay for coverage. I don't see the issue. This is really a U.S. company as all the R&D and trials are carried out in the U.S., the scientists are U.S. based and the CEO is there. It may have its primary listing in London but the London market is useless at valuing small Biotechs. I fail to see the problem in promoting the Company within the Investor community by paying for coverage.

Why not? There are two types of RNS, Regulatory and non-Regulatory and this was the latter.

The only thing to gain is the currency hedge, I hold both Ordinary shares and DR's in TLSA and HCM. If sterling strengthens and I sell my ADR's I get more for them, although I won't be selling for a few years yet.

There is another option for StemprinER, which is where it is out-licensed to a major Diagnostics or Pharma player and Tiziana receive royalties on the sales/test usage. That type of arrangement would typically involve an upfront fee too.
