At this rate General Atlantic will be getting the next $100m at a discount when they pay $30

A deserved re-rate is taking place although we are still at this price in Oct 2017 so will need to go a lot higher yet to get back to the early 2018 highs.

The cutoff (record) date is unlikely to be this coming Friday because of this statement in the recent RNS

"t plans to effect the demerger of StemPrintER from the Group are continuing to be progressed and it is now expected that a circular will now be sent to shareholders shortly after the Annual General Meeting to be held on 16 July 2020."

The following Friday may be, but not this Friday.

Quite low volume again today, clearly the majority of holders are now going to be holding for a while yet

That would give the Company a market capitalisation of 3.9 billion pounds. It is possible, if you wish to hold for 10+ years.

It is against UK Company Law t have a restrospective record date so I agree, very unlikely, unless they wish to break the law, which I doubt they will do.

We are now in Q3 2020 and whilst Covid-19 may have delayed things a bit there seems little hope of commercial commissioning any time soon.

The Company's timescales seem to be somewhat misplaced.

some projects may be shovel ready but if you can't afford a shovel those Projects are worthless

jpw - it will be demerger with a Capital Reduction, and you will be given x number of shares per y number of tils shares you hold on the record date.

NASDAQ is closed tomorrow so it is extremely unlikely the Company will issue any news tomorrow

It looks to me that GA will be getting another bargain if they take up their Warrants @ $30

They made a great judgement call and have already made their clients a lot of money in terms of a paper profit @ $25

A proper DCF valuation needs to be carried out for StemprintER and the other assets. I will attempt it myself at some point shortly.

The CEO uses the term CDA on a few occasions, meaning confidentiality agreement, which is essentially the same as an NDA in law - it's the content that counts of course

My hope is that StemprintER is sold and the proceeds are used to fund the pipeline, avoiding the need for any future issues of shares. In my view that would be a better outcome for long term Investors.
