Billions are being invested by big Pharma into CAR-T and personalised medicines at the moment so today's announcement could turn out to be very significant.

Like last year, I expect the AGM to be reasonably short, as it is a formality and not really a suitable forum for discussing the Company's strategy in detail. It may stretch to a couple of hours at the most so we can expect an RNS by mid-day saying all resolutions have passed. A separate RNS may follow today or in the next few days with regards to StemprintER.

CAR-T technology is probably the most significant discovery in the last decade for the global drug industry and is already worth billions across multiple drugs and indications. Foralumab is the only fully human Anti-CD3 Monoclonal Antibody, to enhance the success of CAR-T Therapy.

Big pharma will probably be even more interested in this than they are in StemprintER because anything that helps to increase the success of their CAR-T programs will be worth acquiring.

The IP for this must be worth billions.

It causes confusion on U.S. Bulletin Boards such as Stocktwits - I regularly point out to people posting about Tesla on the $TLSA Board that it is the Tiziana Board, a few have been curious enough to want to find out more about this wonderful Company!

The company haven't announced the Record date yet. It cannot be retrospective, so the earliest the date can be is the day of the announcement, whenever that it. It may be later of course, but cannot be earlier....

agree alastair and as we know the later the drugs progress through Phase 2 and then Phase 3 the higher their value, especially if they meet primary endpoints and have good safety and efficacy profiles ;o-)

there is a new trend in how big Pharma now plays with smaller Biotechs - instead of buying the Company or the asset the trend seems to be to take a direct equity stake by way of a private placement - new shares are issued directly to the acquirer. This has happened recently with Beigene and others. That could play out here.

All that's changing is the ration of ADR's to OS's, it does not impact ADR holders - the former ratio of five (5) ordinary shares to one (1) American Depositary Share ("ADS") has been changed to two (2) ordinary shares per one (1). The price will change and the number of ADR's in their accounts will be adjusted accordingly.

You will see the ADR price drop significantly, but ADR holders will be credited with extra ADR's to compensate.

On another note, Tiziana will require a lot of cash in the next 2 - 3 years because getting the two lead candidates through late stage clinical trials will costs tens of millions. They can keep coming to market or of course sell off an asset such as StemprintER to provide the cash they need. Another thing that's becoming more and more common with smaller Biotechs at the moment is private placings or big pharma taking a direct equity stake when new shares are issued. It will be interesting to see which one of those options play out here.

I'd like to see the House Broker release a research note that has proper DCF valuations for all the assets - that is what is needed to alert specialist Healthcare institutional Investors (in the U.S, there aren't any here).

I agree shareman, but I did say StemprintER currently has zero value and that two 6 inch pizzas will ultimately become larger than the current one 12 inch pizza! I also did say that the value of Tiziana may drop temporarily, but any drop would not last very long. But thankyou for making all your points, I do not disagree with any of them! STRONG BUY.

The mcap of TILS is likely to fall temporarily when StemprintER is spun out, even though the Company says the markt is currently attracting zero value to the asset. If the mcap does fall I would like to think it would recover quite quickly although who knows how markets value Companies like this! You'd like to think there would be a DCF type valuation but not here!
