Nothing exciting will happen at the AGM and no material news will be discussed or released during the AGM.

The exciting news will come AFTER the AGM, which could mean Friday, Monday or some other time in the near future. People also need to bear in mind there will be a Capital Reduction, so the notion of "free shares" is a little bit disingenouos.

That's not to say we have fantastic prospects - I know - I've just bought another 30,00 shares this morning ;o-)

I am not sure how Raghuram Selvaraju converts a $25 ADR Target price into a £5 target price, given the USD is not on a par with GBP! I think he forgot to do the conversion to £4! I've emailed him about it....

If anyone thinks TILS valuation increase is over-done I am confident it isn't - look at Novavx - up 23 fold since the start of the year. It has a bigger pipeline and a very small revenue for 2019 but even so, it's currently valued at EV/Rev of 339. Plenty more to go here for Tiziana in my view.

The correlation between the ADR and OS is not always an exact science of course, and pre-market can be a bit misleading at times but it's currently $10, so equivalent to here. MM's have probably been using ADR's to bolster their pool of shares due to the incessant buying and not much selling.

I've lost the plot on the currency piece really, I mean I suppose it's fairly irrelevant in a way because the value of TILS will be so much higher in a years time that it is now I'm not too bothered ;o-)

SK - not sure about tax, but almost all of mine are held in a SIPP and a 401k (American Pension)

SK - I hold both London Ordinary shares and ADR's in TILS and HCM. I started buying ADR's when I lived in the United States but have continued to buy both OS's and ADR's since moving here. It's really just a currency play because I expect sterling to strengthen now so each ADR will be worth more when converted. There is no other advantage I can think of.

To benefit patients StemprintER needs to get to market quickly and Tils does not have the infrastructure to do that so surely it makes sense to sell it to one of the major diagnostics Co's.....which will benefit patients and Investors
