General Atlantic buying a $100m Equity stake in one transaction sends an extremely positive signal to the market and to your point Jatw, it potentially means no further fundraising will be required as the Company is forecast to be very cashflow positive from 2023/2024. I suspect the American market will like this. It's also very positive in light of Trump's anti-china rhetoric and the pressure on the SEC to "de-list China Companies who don't follow U.S. Accounting standards", although that does not apply to Chi-Med of course.

and the fact General Atlantic has agreed to purchase up to an additional equivalent of 3,333,334 ADSs, at an exercise price equivalent to US$30.00 per ADS, and a term of 18 months is excellent. A great vote of confidence although this should be much higher than $30 in 18 months so they will get a huge bargain!

I agree Jatw, and I've always thought this was a wonderful Company, delivering benefits to patients and Shareholders.

The valuation is now back to where it was 3 years ago, and is therefore surely due for a significant rise, given all the huge progress in that time.

A $20bn mcap Company in the making, another Incyte or Genmab in my view.

the U.S. market is on fire, driven by Biotech and the FAANG stocks, of which I have a lot, especially AAPL and MSFT - both brilliant Companies.

I agree Jatw. The valuation for the Company either gets ahead if itself or lags behind where it should be, it seems the market very rare;ly values the Company according to the methods you would normally use for this type of Company. I have been an Investor for over 12 years and like you, I plan to continue increasing my investment in the Company for many years to come.

We have so much material news due in H2 20 I cannot begin to list them, but the most important is probably going to be the Surufatinib NDA submission in the United States and major news on Savolitinib.

They do but it is very unlikely they will name Tiziana in their SEC filings as they do not need to. However, Remdesivir is not an anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody.

That is true, but he may not have much choice, or maybe a billion pounds would persuade him otherwise!

mana - I agree, and there are two possibilities, either a large Pharmaceutical buys the Company in its entirety or they buy an asset, giving a large cash injection, which will allow Tiziana to rapidly develop their remaining assets.

In the United States, it is also common for a large Pharma to take an equity stake in a small Biotech at the time of a fundraise, and also inject some cash, so that is another possibility.
