I have. Actually the covid-19 relationship is hurting the Company's valuation now, and it's almost an irrelevance give the pipeline and the StempritER prospects, the baby is being thrown out with the bathwater.

and given the fact 350 may scale up to 900 why not consider a deal with a major U.S. player to market their drugs in China, like the one Beigene did with Celgene, which included the U.S. player taking a minor stake in Beigene. It's certainly been very good for Beigene Shareholders.

If StemprintER was approved or close to approval I would agree with that statement, but it has a long way to go before it is marketable. Still a valuable asset which is probably worth worth than Tils current entire mcap.

One thing we all need to bear in mind regarding StemprintER. Whilst it is much better and far more accurate than Oncotype Dx it has a long way to go to be approved as a medical device, which is how diagnostic and prognostic tests are classified. Oncotype Dx will therefore be the main player until such time as StemprintER is approved. That will require significant regulatory expertise and cash, which is why I think the asset will be acquired before the Company spins it off. A separate diagnostic Company sounds as if it makes perfect sense, but I'm not sure with only one asset, even though it is a rearkable one.

As I said earlier, there are 3 main ways to structure a de-merger and capital reduction may mean less shares in the existing Co. but it may not

I've seen so many different ways of divestments over the years - they may issue some additional StemprintER equity at the time of the spin-off, it will be interesting to see but no one knows at the moment, including the Company, I suspect. The pros and cons of all the options are probably being evaluated at the moment by the Company.

Yes, you will still own some shares in the original Company but there will be a Capital Reduction as I stated in my previous post.

in reality let's say you own 1,000 shares in TILs, you may end up with 500 (or some other number) in StemprinER newco and 500 (or some other number ) in TILS

In other words it won't be a case of free shares in the newco whilst remaining with your existing qty in the existing co
