A Form NT 20-F was filed with the SEC on Monday to log the fact the Company is late filing its annual report (they have 15 days from the past due date)
naughty naughty, I've been asking for a couple of weeks why they haven't produced one - very poor corporate governance and that will not help in getting more American Investors on board
