I hope the ATM which is due to expire on the 31st July is not renewed. That will, in my view, be good for the share price as the qty of daily sells should reduce.

I didn't realise that Foralumab is the ONLY human anti-CD3 antibody, so does not prompt the body to have adverse reactions when administered. Surely big pharma, especially the ones who are majoring on CAR-T, must be interested in this for use as a Combo therapy to improve the chances of success of their own CAR-T technology .....

actually, there is no such thing as bad publicity - the Tiziana name is getting out there in the U.S!

I've communicated with a number of traders (the only Investors in the U.S. are institutions) over the last few weeks on RobinHood and Stocktwits. Surely when they trade however they would know that stock at $10 is not Tesla which has risen from $500 to $1500 YTD......... I do own Tesla too so I see both Tesla and Tiziana Boards and trades

I hold ADR's and Ordinary shares in Tiziana but currently my ADR quote to sell is $10.59 which equates to £1.68 ;o-) ..... not selling though

currently 5 Ordinary shares = 1 ADR

But, the critical thing here is that the ADR's are NOT a different pool of shares, there is only a single pool of stock and it is London Listed stock. The ADR's are not a separate additional pool.

I hope the ATM is not renewed on the 31st given the current cash position is healthy for now. The ATM is all that has stopped the price from rising significantly higher in the last few weeks.

and the At-the-market (ATM) is also very close to the ATM in your high street (if there is one left), but once the agreement ends the issuing of shares also ends. The current ATM ends on the 31st July and if it ends because all the shares are sold or the Company wishes it to end the share price almost always rises substantially!

I just paid £1.524 for another large tranche of shares, very confident that price will be a distant memory soon, although this is a long term strategic hold for me (10 years)

Since living in the United States I use Stocktwits & RobinHood, there are quote a few posts by people using the wrong ticker and talking about Tesla on the Tiziana Boards, but I doubt very much that many trades are carried out incorrectly, apart from those who are drunk or high, given TLSA is circa $8.50 and TSLA is $1450!

AGM over in 35 minutes with all resolutions passed - wonderful, this Company has no time for frivolity, far too many material things being worked on!

next 14 days is great! Because the Biotech sector has difference meaning to other sectors eg.

Short term/imminent = anything up to 1 year
Medium term/soon = 1 - 5 years
Long term = 5 - 10 years+

For those who haven't attended an AGM before, please be aware no material news will be released or discussed at the AGM itself as the Company is not permitted to do so.

The AGM is an administrative affair to vote on resolutions.

Hopefully we will get material news at some pint after the AGM, which could be released today, but nothing will be released during the AGM itself.

well, I owned some JUNO stock! Also own a clutch of others including Clovis, Bluebird, Genmab ,Chi-Med & Tiziana with the last two being my largest by some way. The key here is for Tiziana to do a deal with a large CAR-T player such as Abbvie.
