agreed, although given drug pipeline development is very expensive, needing a lot of cash I'd expect the Company to retain all of the cash in the Business for that purpose. The share price will of course react accordingly because the Co's book value would go up materially, and they'd have a clear runway ahead to get those drugs through P2 & P3.

Even if StemprintER is spunout to a newco I still think a licensing deal will be required as the Company will not have the marketing, detailing and sales infrastructure of a Company like Exact Sciences. Even if we get a newco (Accustem for example) the asset could still be sold if they receive an offer they believe is right for Shareholders.

I'm also keen to understand the financials given the fact we should start to generate free cashflow from mid to late 2023 and General Atlantic have an option to put another $100m in. I guess if we make a large molecule acquisition that will push the need for a HK IPO and I don't think that will be a bad thing. Maybe Asia Investors will start to give the Company the valuation it finally deserves.

That will refer to traditional cash dividends and like most Biotech's it will be years before Tiziana or Accustem pay a dividend. Even Biotechs like Genmab with revs in excess of $1bn p.a and positive earnings don't pay a diviv.

I've sold a tranche of ordinary shares, bought ADR's at a lower price and will be taking advantage of the exchange rate - arbitrage!

The Chairman stated verbally at the AGM that StemprintER divestment details would be released to Shareholders "within the next 14 days". The BoD can't say things like that and not mean it. You seem to suggest this is all a publicity stunt to get the ATM completed and that's all they're interested in but I just don't see it that way.
