I have sent an advanced question for tonight;s session about an ATM extension

Some Benefits of moving to a Main Listing:-
1. Funds and institutional Investors who will not invest in AIM listed firms will invest - in other words it opens the Company up to a much wider investment Community
2. As above but in the U.S. some specialist Biotech Investors will not buy ADR's unless the Company has a Main Listing in London
3. We move away from the £100 daytrader herd
4. Better governance is required which gives more confidence to Investors
5. We avoid the so-called "professional AIM manipulators"
6. Higher profile

great set of results, progress seems excellent and the Company is certainly delivering. More land compensation coming and the JV dividends seem to be growing really well. I did listen to the presentation and the Q&A and will post more tomorrow. It seems the market wants to see positive cashflow before a significant uplift, so we may have to wait a bit loner for a re-rate ;o-)

I continue to Buy as always and will be back to my 100,000 shares target by year end as it stands right now.

de-listing from AIM?? bring it on..... far rather they had a U.S. listing (not Bermuda). They'd get more U.S. specialist Healthcare Funds investing for the long term and we could jettison the herd over here.

I do not understand the rationale behind that policy. That means potential Investors can avoid investing, wait for the announcement, read it, then take a position. To my mind that does a dis-service to existing Investors.

Yes, I noticed it is pre-recorded, and I suspect it's probably just a repeat of the Redchip session that aired on Bloomberg just over a week ago.... the Q&A will be interesting - I hope we have some Analysts on the call who ask some questions....

I am still mystified as to why they had to release that RNS. Some of the topics were not necessary to even mention at this point.

Dropped it to 161p, that is ridiculous but clearly some panic sellers fell for it!

Interesting to see that this years H1 results will be announced at 07:00 EST / 12:00 BST instead of the previous 07:00 BST. I assume that is to catch the U.S. market prior to its open.

Good point MDJ, they could certainly do that, as you say, both markets will be closed so maybe that's why it is as late as 21:00 BST

Today's non-regulatory RNS doesn't quote give me what I was expecting. The Company cannot give any material news in today's webinar so it looks as if we will have to wait a little longer.

Given the fact that we have had a number of interviews by both the CEO and the Exec Chairman over the last few months I am confident tomorrow's Investor virtual meeting is scheduled to coincide with some material newsflow. I think we can safely assume there will be an RNS tomorrow morning which will be significant, and that may not be StemprintER related.

It will be interesting to see what Christian says about the deal in the presentation tomorrow. I'm sure some of the Analysts will ask questions about it.....
