You are right about that mana, if you use the dividend analogy I suppose it doesn't disadvantage existing Shareholders. I am not sure the price would drop in this case however, given we are told Stemprinter has no value in the Company currently.

Yes, why would existing / long-term Shareholders not do a legal challenge if the company has a record date for Accustem shares if the date is after the date on which a circular is posted? In other words it would put existing shareholders at a disadvantage because new shareholders who pile in after the date of the circular, but prior to the record date would have a major benefit in new shares, which they ordinarily would not be entitled to.

I expect the Company will get advice that the record date must be the same date as the circular, so they have to backtrack on what they said in last week's RNS.

" The record date for entitlement to participate in any distribution will be a date after the date on which the posting of the circular is announced (and not before). A further announcement will be made in due course."

That is very unusual and unexpected. I suspect there will be a significant price rise once the circular comes out, given the fact the record date will be after the circular and not on the date of the circular. If I were the Company I'd ensure I'd taken legal advice on that particular aspect of the demerger.

Generally the Americans understand Biotech and how to value the potential - once we get a Main Listing American Specialist Biotech Investors will take a lot of interest.

In my opinion the Company needs to employ the services of a specialist Healthcare Analayst such as Edison or Trinity Delta in order to issue research notes. We have drugs in Phase 2, which means they can start to attract DFC valuations based on predicted future revenues. Institutional Investors will want to see such information and opinions.

The first 5 questions in the meeting last night were mine and they key takeaway that will impact things immediately were:-

1. The Company is now fully funded through 2021
