The problem here is the Company have made promises to Shareholders on a whim without thinking them through properly or being realistic with the timelines. The market, which is effectively a voting machine, then reacts accordingly.

The management Team are large Shareholders so their interests are full aligned with all Shareholders, just as it should be

I have previous experience of them with other Biotechs in which I'm invested. This is a good move by Tiziana in order to raise their profile with the specialist Investment community in the U.S.

No, they won't get suspended from AIM, they move to the Main list and the Ticker symbol will remain the same. You will not see any change whatsoever in your accounts.

A Form-6k has been lodged with the SEC and they will see that

A lot of institutional Investors, including American Hedge Funds will not invest in Companies listed on AIM, and who can blame them! Empery may well have driven Tiziana's decision to move to a Main Listing. I do hope they follow through with it as soon as they can.

Fantastic news today regarding the EMA and Surufatinib registration. I tend to overlook the Europe and focus on what we are doing in the United States and China. I'm not sure what the size of the European market is for Oncology treatments, and probably need to research that a little, but it appears we could soon have Surufatinib submissions running concurrently in all 3 geographies.

American Hedge Funds usually invest in small Biotech for one reason, and this is not Emperey's only Biotech investment, although it is their largest and counts for about 15% of their Funds value. These Hedge Funds count on the invested Company being sold for a large premium or some of its assets being sold. This is an extremely interesting development.
