amones, an interesting and one that I have had a habit of asking at AGM's over the past few years. My understanding is that Company doesn't see any particular advantages of leaving AIM or disadvantages of remaining on it . I suspect the focus has been on the U.S Specialist Investor ecosystem which is of course the largest of its type. I've also deduced and concluded that the Company still sees a London listing as an important stabilising effect, and serves the small number of long term loyal Investors in the UK.

Personally I see the London market as an irrelevance from a Biopharma perspective, largely because of a lack of specialist Biotech Investors and Funds.

The Company appears to have misled people over the timing of the StemprintER demerger. They should issue an update to the market although to be fair to them, all they wanted was to push the price as high as they could to get the placing away.

Warren Buffet never looks at buys v sells, he's an Investor with a timeframe of forever and often says "If you aren’t willing to own a stock for ten years, don’t even think about owning it for ten minutes”

He has also said “Only buy something that you’d be perfectly happy to hold if the market shut down for 10 years.”

Yes, each time a Company issues an RNS where they have a primary listing in London and ADR's in the U.S. they are required to log a Form 6-K REPORT OF FOREIGN PRIVATE ISSUER.

I agree Jatw - I do hold a tranche of ADR's in my American domiciled IRA and my UK SIPP but for the latter the exchange fees make it unprofitable. It's purely a currency play really.
