It surprises me that some people are trying to buy shares at the last possible minute, then sell them at the first opportunity just to get some Accustem stock and then dump their newly acquired Tiziana stock. No wonder people lose money.

thx Jatw, I think that was about it, very happy with the idea of Chi-Med building out their own Detailing Team in the U.S., which seems to make sense as I am sure they will focus on the core cancer centers initially

I do not currently hold either of the Loncar ETF's but have been a keen follower of Brad for a few years now, so may possibly invest at some point. I've been tracking the portfolio in his ETF's and have found his insights very informative.

effectively there is, just put in place a Limit sell order at say £10 per share, that prevents them being borrowed to be shorted.

Anglo-Swedish pharma major AstraZeneca has signed a five-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with RealCan Pharmaceutical, a drug and medical device distributor based in Yantai, Shandong province of China.

Under the MoU, RealCan will help bring AstraZeneca drugs into 144 planned hospitals in counties in Shandong province, while AstraZeneca will prioritize RealCan as its drug distributor in China.

RealCan has a strong hold in Shandong province, covering 98% of local public hospitals, according to the company.

AstraZeneca in recent years has been expanding in small cities and rural areas in China.

In April this year, AstraZeneca China set up a cancer drug team targeting county-level hospitals.

According to AstraZeneca, it aims to get China's approval for 55 new therapies and indications in the next five years.

Jay, I have no idea what you are talking about.......except that Accustem is a newly registered Company setup for the purposes of the demerger.

I agree bmo3, sweve & Team! It makes complete sense for Gabriele to exercise his outstanding options before the cutoff date for Accustem, it would seem odd if he didn't do so....

I don't understand why a couple of people are worried/concerned about a Director taking up some options.....it seems rather odd to me!

He has taken up a tranche of share options, which is probably a very wise thing to do given the price versus the current market price.

indeed, but the interesting thing for me is the size of capital reduction, which is essentially about 2 pence per Tiziana Ordinary share, so there should be very little impact to the share price the day after the completion date.
