That is 100% correct - there is a large-scale, sophisticated, very knowledgeable Specialist Biotech/Biopharma Investment community in the United States, something that doesn't exist in the UK or elsewhere. It is this community and ecosystem that Tiziana needs to be focused on. As I said on Friday, Redchip is not really suitable as they are followed by the Robinhood day-trading brigade.

I will email Kunwar. In my opinion they need to engage specialist Analyst firms with medical specialists such as Edison and Trinity Delta to get their message out to the specialist Biopharma Investment Community, especially in the United States. Redchip are just followed by U.S. day traders and chancers on Robinhood. They need to get their message out to long-term Investors.

Merian have been bought by Jupiter and they have carried out Fund consolidations etc, hence a number of holdings have been disposed of or added to - nothing to do with the investment case

Unfortunately or not, there is not really a specialist Biotech investment community in the UK, so a NASDAQ listing, either full or an ADR program is almost a necessity for fledgling clinical stage Biotech's like Tiziana. My suggestion to the Company is to increase the exposure to that specialist investor community and you can't do that using redchip and the like. There needs to be a structured program of events, roadshows and attendance and specialist Biopharma investment events and conferences, as as the JPM Healthcare conference etc. Redchip are for penny stock traders but Tiziana needs to start building a book of long term specialist Healthcare Investors, Funds and ETF's..................all in my personal opinion.

I agree re emotional attachment, but a long term investment horizon will - I invested substantially in HCM @45p, they are now 450p as the pipeline has matured and drugs are beginning to reach the market

I will also be adding substantially more prior to xmas - way undervalued in my view

I'm attending a Slater investments event next week and have asked Mark to provide his updated opinion on Chi-Med. I already know it's a long term holding for the Growth Fund, which is how I came to know about Chi-Med and invested over 10 years ago.

I am interested in his opinion of the Company now and how he sees the growth trajectory over the next ten years, although I do not expect his opinion to have changed, or be much different to the Analyst Communit yeg. VERY VERY BULLISH

Accustem shares are not "free", you just do not have to pay to acquire them but they are not "free", as a Shareholder you have already paid for them by way of the capital reduction in Tiziana Life Sciences.

In order to increase valuation as much as possible it seems the Star Market (often touted as Shanghai's equivalent to NASDAQ) would be the way to go, although there's obviously many other Corporate reasons to consider :o-)

No markets currently apply a proper valuation to the Company in my view. Hopefully the HKIX or Star Market will correct that issue - there is considerable appetite in Asia for local Biopharma IPO's at the moment.

indeed Jatw, and the current price will be consigned to history soon - this will be a $20bn mcap Company within the next 5 years - my modelling forecast says so!!

Another Direct investment, this time by CPP, which must put the Company is a very good cash position. I think this type of approach is much better than the typical way of doing things, especially on AIM where new placement shares are so often forward sold into the market.
