It's over man. Nothing since last week. All people associated with the company are completely unresponsive. We've been scammed.

Good insight Valsen, and you have been correct every step so far. We should have listened. What can you tell us about the CFO Bloemens? He seems to be quite respectful even if Guido is a sycophant. Why was Guido installed in the first place when he doesn't seem to have the relevant forestry experience ?

Holdings say Dolan still holds shares is that correct or did he sell them long ago? Do you anticipate a new Nomad will be found at all?

I tried contacting on email, phone etc to different departments and absolutely no response. Also if you look on linked in as one previous poster reported, too many key figures have jumped ship. It doesn't seem like there is any business operating at all right now, let alone any customer service. Nothing on any of their social media channels for over a month now. What exactly did the CEO bring to a forestry business as well? There's more going on here than meets the eye. Sorry but it really doesn't look good at all. Has anyone seen anything either in local media or on social media? Because nothing on their official website is responding.

Has anyone seen or heard anything? The linkedin leads to tend to suggest that several key individuals and staff have left. It's not a very good picture at the moment. Is there any solid proof of sales or operations at the moment? Is the business doing absolutely anything at all at this current moment? Is this all just an elaborate house of cards? All leads phone email etc are completely unresponsive. Anyone seen anything on social media or have anything to add? Any comments on the 5m Dubai loan for example?

Tomorrow and next week will be very interesting. There appear to still be open job vacancies for woodbois which is encouraging and multiple long term employees active on linked in. Anyone expecting anything ? Too big to fail?

That's the number for the Nomad. Didn't think much point phoning them as they're not going to disclose anything beyond the RNS. The next couple weeks will be very interesting.

I still hold some hope because no company announcement such as administration etc. in fact looks like in line with the broader plan of swift decisive action

This is a company who employ 100s of people with forest land of 150,000 hectares, the size of several English counties. They also have been able to secure funding very recently whenever required. I am optimistic still

I have tried phoning all numbers on website and even emailing just to make general enquiry and have received zero response. Seems like the London office hasn't even been open or operational.

On the other hand read something interesting on another forum - Canacord appointed a new CFO on the day they reisgned from representing woodbois. The RNS from woodbois regarding Cannacord resignation definitively states that they had already started engaging a new Nomad.

I would like some tangibles if anyone can provide - how many current employees approx does woodbois have and have these been paid promptly?

Are there still an office in London and Copenhagen as suggested? Are sales people still working for woodbois? Is it still possible to buy woodbois product and were there major exports of woodbois products in previous years? How much are we talking?

Some more insight to make sense of things would he much appreciated.

None of the contact numbers or emails on the official website of woodbois seem to be operational. Therefore it seems impossible if you are a customer looking to purchase product at present. This really doesn't look good at all. Anyone anything to add? Why did the likes of Motley Fool support this so fervently.

What I don't understand is why would Guido etc still put out RNS after RNS preaching positivity when what you are saying would speak the opposite. Surely they realise the ramifications of outright lying? Why are there so many global offices and 100s of employees and photos or is it all a sham? What was Guido's incentive do you think?

Any murmurs? Anything on twitter? Everything looks fine, business as usual on the Woodbois website. Interestingly though it looks extremely difficult to just buy product from their website, there's no option to just place an order which would make business sense. I get it's wholesale and such but having to enquire just to make a sale? Seems a bit questionable to me. Anyone have anything significant to add from social media or on the ground? Please any insight be much appreciated. Any potential nomads?

The company is 20 years old though and the men in the AGM videos etc all seem quite respectable and well presented. There must be more to this than meets the eye. Also they did reiterate in RNS that they were already looking at changing Nomad. Has anyone contacted anyone from Woodbois for some answers?

This sentence from RNS is cause for optimism "The Company had already begun the process of engaging with a new nominated adviser and will make a further announcement in due course."

Playing devil's advocate... Possible there's been a major personal falling out among directors and Nomad hasn't wanted any part of it? Perhaps there's nothing underhand business wise and this is just a very unfortunate iceberg

How likely do you think it is they will find a new Nomad based on previous experience.

I just last night watched the last AGM video and very recent rns have been quite positive (figures trending in the right direction, positivity from CEO etc). I heed the likes of Vasen's warnings but I must admit I am a bit taken off guard by the suddenness of this.

Is there any cause for optimism for we shareholders or is it all total doom and gloom? Please offer fair case for each side of the coin

Do you think we will see a sustained climb tomorrow, maybe even push on towards 0.5 and beyond? Or will the price collapse again back down to the low 30s? Extremely hard to read this share. I'm cautious today could have just been a "dead cat bounce" as I've seen this happen many times with other gamble shares in the past. The previous user makes very valid counter arguments as to why this company is doomed so I'm really flumoxed why it would rise unless it is just a gamble. Can you give me tangible reasons why i should continue to hold this share ?

Why is Google showing a 13% drop at the end of the day for a total net daily rise of only 1%? That's a massive swing from the highs of 40p (26% rise) a share during the day ? That suggests the 224k may well be a sell. Probably lots more action tomorrow good or bad, this stock is a real gamble. Not for the faint hearted.
