Phenomenal news today about the ceasefire in Gaza Israel. Long long overdue, puts things in perspective as well. What we may or may not lose here is only money.

I think the markets will react very positively to the agreed ceasefire and there will be lots of buying across industries. Hope for long term stability.

With all due respect there are several high net worth and industry experienced individuals among the significant shareholders, Mr Scott, Mr Pelham and Mr Skyrme as far as I'm aware (publically available RNS).

I'm pretty certain they have more grasp of what's going on and the potential of this business than you or I.

Please provide me with a reason why so much effort was invested into securing a new Nomad and to rescuing shareholders from delisting if the intention was to shaft us all 3 months later?

Please explain why Pelham (Rhino) have converted non-voting shares to voting shares and in the process becoming the most powerful decision making shareholder. This coinciding with the announcement of a new CEO. Why if the company is about to delist as you say are the Nomad not pulling the plug ?

Please remember the asset value of woodbois is phenomenal. Prized sustainable African forestry land the size of Greater London in area. The demand for quality wood products is only going to climb higher and higher in the coming years and decades. Imagine how much money can regenerated in 50 years from luxurious Okoume wood. It's just about getting the right structure in place.

The company is still actively hiring and has 200+ employees.

Your doom and gloom and pessimism isn't completely justified.

We are due a golden period and a purple patch and I'm very confident better days lie ahead.

If and when the Nykredit issue is resolved favourably, this will probably multibag imho.

" No news is good news " as they say. Nomad clearly feels pretty confident as the share has not been delisted. Let's not forget Pelham and Skyrme recently flexed their muscles too. All the effort to return from delisting abyss and appointing a new CEO, there's a tonne of value at these levels.

Will find that under the mattress don't you worry. In 2021 company reduced its net debt from 50m to 6m after the COVID year for example. 2.5m is nothing, the 50 year lease on Gabonese woodland the size of greater London is worth many times the market cap.

The next week is the most important week. Make or break. Boom or bust. I have drafted it down to some simple pros and cons.

Pros. 1. New nomad was appointed and great effort to rescue from delisting.

2. Rhino ventures (Pelham) converted to voting shares and this was quickly followed by a new CEO.

3. No suspension despite litany of bad news.

4. Company has been able to readily resolve financial bank disputes in past (Sydbank)

5. Several high net worth individuals among the shareholders and an experienced operations manager in Henriquet in Libreville appointed. Some current shareholders bought in at 6p and so are invested in this not to fail at 0.13

6. Evidence on linkedin of activity and confirmation from locals of this work taking place.

7. 21 year history as a company with a great asset in 50 year lease on sustainable forest land. Theoretically a sale of this asset would probably be worth more than 0.13 per share in the event of bankruptcy?

Cons:

1) These unverifiable rumours about threats to Guido etc

2) Nykredit pulling plug on funding

3) No tangible figures to analyse regarding containers (cost/sale value etc)

4) Local testimony (Valsen etc).

For me the pros far outweight the cons especially at 0.13. expecting a great week. Do your own research.

I have long thought you are someone associated with woodbois, most likely a disgruntled ex director or employee, however I am not a fan of revealing that as there's a reason you keep yourself anonymous which is completely your right.

Similarly we should respect breakingnew's privacy. However I strongly dispute your assertion that he is Guido Theuns. It doesn't make any logical sense. What benefit would it be to Guido to post private information about himself from a supposed victim statement ?

It would do him no favours hypothetically speaking and also he would be aware his online footprint is traceable. It would be nonsensical self sabotage. If I was a resigned CEO I would run a mile from any association with the company and not look back, certainly wouldn't be squabbling with randoms on the internet.

Hopefully one way or another we get the truth to this all very soon. I do think it's very positive that a new nomad took woodbois on and that a new CEO has been found so readily. It's also worth noting this company is 21 years old and has assets of a 50 year lease on fantastic gabonese woodland. Experienced ethical investors are also among the shareholders.

I do think we are due a good week next week.

News of Nykredit withdrawing facility and yet we are only down 25% on the day. It's not the end of the world and the stock hasn't been suspended or delisted. We have been here before eg with Sydbank, it's nothing new.

The value of the 50 year lease on all of that enriched Gabonese woodland is astronomically higher than a relatively small figure of 2.5m which woodbois owes Nykredit.

There's several high net worth investor shareholders to whom 2.5m is small fry.

I am very confident this obstacle will be removed and that there has been a colossal market overreaction.

New CEO and new team to be appointed and company are actively trying to improve things and to reach a deal with Nykredit as soon as possible.

THIS 0.13 will be the all time low in my opinion and I expect a strong rebound and more RNS over the next 1-2 weeks.

The company is resilient and things will be a lot better in 2025 after a disastrous 2024.

Just woken up to the news. Obviously not great.

Firstly I would like to say that I appreciate Valsen, he offers sound counterarguments and is respectful even if we may disagree with him. That's the purpose of this discussion board.

Others such as Sarah and Limpapo seem to enjoy trolling and taking pleasure in the misfortune of others. Clearly too much time on their hands.

It's kind of hardly surprising that Nykredit pulled the plug given the recent uncertainties. However the company has had no problems achieving funding in the past, for example with Sydbank termination. The money received from forward orders should cover the loan for example.

On the plus side, the company can be seen to actively be addressing the multitude of problems. A new director general with forestry experience has been appointed. Wood is hiding produced contrary to what others have said. New CEO is clearly a major shareholder recruit and has experience in finance - I'm optimistic of his ability to secure better terms.

Remember major shareholders have more to lose than us.

You kind of argued my point. Would Henriquet really have taken on a position with woodbois when no doubt someone of his talent and experience would have multiple offers elsewhere if he felt it wasn't a good opportunity ?

Fortunately there are also many high net worth individuals among the major shareholders so the capital you speak of probably is available.

Also I know you are trying to be constructive, "haters" was more aimed at the likes of Sarah who don't offer anything tangible.

How do you explain the hard work in appointing a new nomad and the readiness of Allenby to take it on after Cannacord resigned ?

And yet... For all the negativity you guys spout, the company remains resilient.

There is ground management, henriquet for example is operations manager, experienced in forestry. Lots of local expertise too. The appointing of a CEO and a CFO is an interim temporary issue.

The company was already previously delisted during Guido's tenure and a new nomad had to be found. Why was there so much effort and hard work to find a new nomad and reinstate on AIM if the major shareholders thought it would collapse? Why not just let it die a few months ago during that? Perhaps because they believed in the company's potential.

Plenty of companies have come back from all time lows, i refer you to the COVID years 2020-2021 for example where many companies were supposedly on the brink and came back flying.

Business is full of set backs and obstacles but you can come back stronger with change.

Plenty to be optimistic about. SP has already rebounded today ( was -7% half an hour ago, now -1% for today.

It feels to me like this SP is currently a volcano with murmurings of erupting. It's only a matter of time IMO before one morning news or a new management team will be announced along with continued backing from key shareholders and this SP will multibag. I strongly predict this to multibag at some point in the coming weeks. this is not investment advice I am just an amateur but I can see the trend. It just takes one bit of good news and boom. 0.17 is grossly undervalued considering forward orders, getting rid of bad ceo and CFO, commitment of major shareholders and commitment to the long term stability of the company. This will be nowhere near these basement levels for long imo.

0.17 is the absolute bottom. The market will love it once new team is appointed. This will multibag in my opinion. There's clear commitment from some major stakeholders, too many vested interests for it to fail. The future is very bright.

Right please can we put some numbers onto the containers. They could be containers full of hot air or tiny miniature containers with baby logs in them.

How much product is in one container? How big is one container? What is the total retail value of all the product in a single container and how much did it cost to produce said product? Without these numbers it's all just wishy washy.

Agreed. The pieces of the jigsaw are slotting into place.

It's clear what's going on - major shareholders and investors see that this stock is grossly undervalued and some had previously commited at far higher prices (6p compared to 0.19). If you cut out all of the BS such as changeovers and ceos, the value of the 50 year lease on substantial Gabonese woodland is phenomenal. Sustainable environmental product can be grown and this has unlimited potential, especially given the geopolitical and pollution/industrial issues in major countries abroad. Investors know this. It's just about getting the right infrastructure in place to enable smooth business operations while remaining committed to environmental health.

There is surely major work going on in the background surrounding the appointment of a new executive team and probably major shareholders are in discussions about how best to implement their vision.

This latest shareholder declaring his holding when he had supposedly previously been reluctant to (previous RNS) is a strong statement. It suggests they are confident and want to encourage other venture capitalists by putting his name to the endeavour.

There's also been no suspension of any of the worst case scenarios Sarah and others had predicted. In my opinion 0.19 will look extremely cheap in the weeks and months ahead.

This is a business with solid fundamentals and ethical sustainable growth potential.

I've done some more research by combing through historical RNS to get a picture of what's going on. I highly recommend revisiting the 28th June 2023 RNS which is of great relevance to the recent Rhino (RVL) movement.

Said RNS made it abundantly clear that Miles Pelham of Rhino was instrumental in absolving the company of debt to Sydbank and of securing funding for Woodbois' future, he also secured new investors and interest in the company via significant share subscription at 0.5.

The RNS praised Pelham's continued energy and dedication to Woodbois' long term growth and giving Rhino future rights to more control via warrants.

The RNS also paints Pelham as the primary main interest in Woodbois as Rhino gave the company millions in funding and rather than a loan took shares in the company - suggesting faith and commitment to the company's long term commitments.

After reading this I am very confident in Rhino and that they have the best wishes of employees, shareholders at heart and Rhino is optimistic and motivated for the company to succeed. I may load up even more on Monday morning.
