Too much negativity around here recently. I wish to highlight some of the key positives once more

1) Skyrme happily declared his significant shareholding in recent RNS

2) Rhino ventures converted their holding to voting shares which was seemingly linked to resignations of Guido and Bloemens

3) Share had already been suspended from AIM but work was put in to reinstate woodbois. New NOMAD must have been significant reason to back the company in this regard.

4) Efforts to appoint a new CEO were very swift and we have been informed of more announcement in due course after due diligence is complete.

I do believe all the negativity has already been priced in and people have panic sold. This very possibly may end up being an incredible opportunity at these levels. Time will tell.

There is alot to be confident about. Nomad would have pulled the rug or flushed the toilet a long time ago if they thought this was finished.

Seems very very oversold some on here have probably achieved their goals - force retail forum readers to panic sell them snap up and easy 10%. Some like Sarah are far too dedicated to pooping on this share that you must think they have a motivation - scooping up once people have pooped?

I'm hoping an announcement of CEO passing due diligence and a new board formed very soon. If so, 0.09 will look stupidly low.

Good news just round the corner ? Hopefully.

I actually think this past week is fairly positive. Nothing catastrophic has happened and the Nykredit repayment had the can kicked down the road. My guess is they were spooked when Guido and Bloemens resigned so abruptly so feared alarm bells. However they've been reassured by Nomad and new CEO in place with a background in corporate finance so are happy to give him a chance to get house in order. Let's not forget it's totally not in Nykredit's best interest to see Woodbois fail as they would likely be left out of pocket too. It benefits them if they are able to recoup their loan in the medium to longer term so I'm sure with some reassurances this is probably the scenario.

Additionally, there's clearly and obviously some work going on in the background surrounding due diligence and appointing a new board. The fact there has been no suspension or no subsequent negative RNS reaffirms this.

I do expect there will be some stability provided in the not too distant future once new CEO paperwork and due diligence is passed and a new board and strategy is implemented. I'm very confident all is not lost here. There's lots to be interested in by way of turnaround.

Extremely blue day today negating all the losses of yesterday. Call me cynical but are these large buys from the likes of Sarah buying on the cheap after scaring some retail investors to sell low ?

Let's set the record straight here. Ignore these people trying to get you to panic sell with nefarious motives.

The company is not going bust - there are major shareholders who bought in as high as 6p and have too much to lose. Among these shareholders are high net worth individuals in related industries.

The company was rescued from delisting for a reason. If it was going bust then it would have happened 5 months ago.

There is an experienced operations manager in Henriquet and many international clients for woodbois' extremely high quality products.

Yes woodbois has suffered a multitude of operational challenges but there is every faith and hope that these will be resolved. Efforts are already in place with the appointment of a new CEO. It won't be immediate, it will take time but there is lots to be positive about.

The company has had no problems securing finance in the past in its 21 year history.

Underneath it all the company proposes to provide the market with a very high quality and high in demand product (quality wood will be a cherished resource due to geopolitical international issues). Additionally there's pretty much no risk at all these levels. At 0.12 you are already all in. Might as well give it faith and see what happens.

New RNS leans more positive. It looks to me like Nykredit got spooked with the abrupt resignations of Guido and Johannes but now have had subsequent discussions with major shareholders and recognise that new CEO knows what he's doing so have been happy to postpone until an amicable agreement can be made and new CEO and new board have a chance to get their feet in the door.

A reminder if we were going bust we would have done so already. As Amy alluded to - too many vested interests and too much potential here. Even worst case scenario the assets would be sold and would multiply cover all debts imo.

Sarah, instead of the playground antics, please politely and respectfully answer these points

1) Why did Allenby happily agree to be the new nomad after Cannacord resigned? Allenby would have done proper due diligence before taking on Woodbois as a client and have a reputation to protect.

2) Why did the company not go bust during delisting ? Why was there some much effort to reinstate on AIM?

3) Why did Rhino move to position itself as the largest voting shareholder and the subsequent efforts to appoint a new CEO?

4) Why is Woodbois actively recruiting for vacancies and have hired experienced operational industry experts such as Henriquet in recent times ?

5) What value do major net worth individuals see in Woodbois to continue to hold significant shareholdings ?

6) Have you considered woodbois land assets and the probability that the world will be in need of quality wood product in the coming decades leading to huge demand and high profitability ?
