We are so honoured you have taken time out of your busy schedule so often to post here 100s of times despite not being invested. Oh how lucky we are to have such a high flying finance expert grace is with their presence.

Countries will be scrambling to trade with non-US companies now. US produces and exports a lot of wood products. Woodbois can now fill that gap in the market.

Major clue in RNS. Why has no one commented on this?

"Akira GmBH has also been granted 127,000,000 Warrants at a strike price of 0.125p."

Current SP is 0.045. therefore the warrants (which have also been offered to other parties) is at a level TRIPLE the current SP.

Now why set the warrants so high at 0.125 considering current levels? Is it because they're expecting SP to sky rocket after initial shares offering have been soaked up?

Also as a commitment to the investors showing that current levels are insanely low.

This just looks better and better!!!! Exciting times ahead. 0.045 is ludicrously oversold given what we know now.

The share price drop to 0.05 is in anticipation of all the new shares being issued at 0.05. it's not a market shift.

Sarah you have been proven completely wrong. The SP is down today because of the new issue of shares being anticipated at 0.05. it's very probably that upon commencement of that next week we will see this multibag. The SP will likely just hoover around 0.05 until the new shares are issued.

Today is phenomenally positive. A swiss investment group has essentially appointed 2 very experienced people to be joiny CEO and CFO respectively. Have also invested heavily in the company and purchased shares.

Biggest clue of all. Clive Roberts who was INED has now positioned to become Chairman. Clive also decided to take shares in the company as payment as opposed to financial cash payment. That is overwhelmingly optimistic for shareholders. The chair of the company sees potential so much so that has taken share options instead of a significant sum of cash.

The RNS also implied that as we thought, the horrid time of the past 18 months is down to incompetent management by Guido etc without naming him directly.

Funds secured. Shareholders rescued. No dissolution in site now. Production resumed. Board bolstered.

Now you might ask why are they throwing existing shareholders a bone and not just restarting ? It's because the SP could pretty much not get any lower already and so it would actually probably cost more in terms of finance, time and bureaucracy to shaft shareholders of the current company and start a fresh. there's also alot to be said for goodwill towards those who have invested previously and for public relations. They've done the right thing.

Today is a great day for Woodbois and is the start of the turnaround we were all hoping for. However patience my friends. SP is unlikely to move until the 2nd phasing issue of ordinary shares at the end of April.

AGM announced too.

Who cares about scary words like dilution. I would rather have 0.001 of a solvent company with financial stability than 0.002 of a company on life support.

Directors etc buying in at 0.05 and millions of pounds raised. This is fantastic news for shareholders at current levels. Yes there might be short term turbulence but the long term outlook is phenomenally positive.

There's alot of potential in this company still. They are righting the wrongs of last year.

You are factually incorrect Brunello. It was Axis Capital who raised the £1m. You are getting Axis and Allenby mixed up.

I suspect that Allenby are currently collaborating with CEO and other stakeholders behind the scenes in their role as Nomad.

Research shows that Allenby Capital, our NOMAD is a turn around specialist in small cap AIM companies with a phenomenal reputation in raising finance and funds.

CEO Lucas Kanme has been handpicked by Allenby for the job as his listed address on companies house is same as Allenby's.

Board has been strengthened and discussions taking place to work out financing options.

It would have been oh so easy to let this die months ago during delist, so why all the effort to keep it afloat? To me, the only logical explanation is that some major shareholders (who?) still see loads of potential value here and probably realise that the last year's capitulation was down to totally incompetent management by Guido.

Henriquet was a brilliant appointment to lead things at an operational level.

If there is soon some RNS announcing deals with creditors at significantly lower outlay and also financial optimisation in the form of funding from Allenby or others, then 0.06 will look ludicrously low.

I do believe there's lots of potential upside now if the correct vertical structure is implemented. There's life in this yet.

I'm more optimistic in woodbois now than I have been for a long time. Patience is a virtue .

My research here sees a link between Mr Van Der Merwe and Mr Roberts (already on board as an INED). Both are on board of KIBO?

Presumably then this leads one to conclude that VDM has been headhunter by Roberts.

Roberts is also known to be a significant personal shareholder based on previous historical RNS. Clearly see some potential here.

Woodbois Limited (AIM: WBI), a leading company in the international timber industry, announces the following changes to the board of Woodbois (the "Board") with immediate effect.

Further to his appointment on 9 January 2025 as Chief Executive Officer, Mr Lucas Kanmé has joined the Board. Cobus van der Merwe has been also been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company. The Board will seek to appoint additional directors to the Board to strengthen Woodbois' capabilities and its corporate governance as it seeks to revitalise the operating business.

The website is comical yes, Truebirdman. I do believe none of the people who operated the website are still with the company. My belief is based on the fact that the phone number doesn't work and if you try to email or contact via their contact options you do not receive a reply.

The last AGM from 2023 is still on the investors page and it's notable that all of the enthusiastic professional looking people in that video are no longer with the company. They have all left months and months ago. Not a single one of them remains (Guido, Geddes, David, Thompson).

On the face of it, absolutely none of this looks good. There's no logical reason why this company is still trading. There seems to be a total lack of direction or any senior management - they have not even bothered contesting the former employee tribunals probably because on the face of it there might be no one in any position with any obligation or care to contest, as terrifying that sounds.

On the other hand, logic goes out the window when you consider that Allenby took this on as Nomad and have seemingly selected the new CEO, Lucas Kanme, as his address on companies house is listed as the same as Allenby's.

If you go onto Allenby's website it does include Woodbois as one of its clients.

Allenby are a very reputable and respectable institution who specialise in raising finance for struggling small companies and by turning them around.

This is what gives me optimism - Allenby's involvement.

It is my gut feeling that Allenby have been acquired to work on behalf of some key shareholder(s) to extract optimum value for Woodbois.

My suspicion is that there's probably some deep due dilligence going on in the background and that the Woodbois offering may be sold o taken private. In which case shareholders would be renumbered.

Indeed your point about the total lack of communication and no RNS in 6 weeks is extremely alarming in isolation. Coupled with Nykredit and Gabonese bank calling in loans logic would dictate that it is indeed game over.

Why then is it that this still survives ?

It's a very interesting storyline and I'm still back invested because I wish to see the conclusion.

It's an interesting case to follow if nothing else.

Again, does anyone have any tangible research to offer ? I feel like I contribute alot of time and effort here giving research I have found good or bad , whereas some others just spam with bull dung.
