People are underestimating just how much of a "win" Trump Tariffs are for companies like woodbois who supply natural resources.

Supply and demand simple economics. The rich Chinese, Indian and Saudis want want good quality wood for their furniture and homes so they can masquerade as posh Brits. the trees in India or China tend to be mangrove in nature or not ideal for this kind of product. They usually import this wood from none other than the USA. Now they will need to look elsewhere to meet the demand and find the same level of quality. Gabonese luxury hardwood provides this niche.

Probably cheaper too. Yes there is Canada but half the world will now be trying to make contracts with the Canadians so prices will rocket.

Again. Simple supply and demand. Woodbois can now also push its prices up because the customers need it and will be desperately scrambling to trade with places other than Trumpland.

Investors know this. With correct infrastructure in place and ramped up production, the demand for Woodbois products is huge. Absolutely massive potential here now I can't emphasize it enough.Put. 2 and 2 together. There isn't enough wood woodbois can produce essentially. The Chinese, the Saudis etc will buy as much wood as we can produce. Guaranteed sales.

Actually I suspect the RNS will most likely confirm new key board appointments , which we will later see filed on Companies House.

This will strengthen the governing board and structure and keep Nomad and investors very happy.

There will be some news on production and future growth, some thanking of key peoples.

Possibly there might be some announcement of further commitment or investment, perhaps even an offer from a group or entity to buy the company or a significant portion of the company now that the needed stability has been provided.

The ghost of Guido's past have well and truly been exorcised.

I predict the next RNS following the AGM to be the most positive woodbois RNS since 2023 and have the most positive impact on share price since then.

In my opinion 0.04 is the floor and will look extremely cheap in the near future.

Extremely positive and optimistic about the forthcoming announcements from the AGM - key strengthened board appointments will be very key as it shows long term stability and commitment to make woodbois great again.

The company has already been around since 2004, whether you like it or not there is alot of experience in the industry at an operational level. With correct infrastructure in place this has huge potential, especially given the Asian markets being in huge demand for luxury wood products. It's a flex among the Asian rich. There is massive potential here.

Potential for great economic boom and jobs for local Gabonese.

Potential for excellent long term returns for investors

Potential for shareholders to revive

Potential for customers to receive excellent high quality product at market beating rates .

Win win. The investors obviously agree with my point of view as 2.5m is not pocket change to throw at something.

They know as you do and I do that Guido's tenure was an absolute disastrous incompetent catastrophe and the reason we are in this mess to begin with. However that's now in the past now. let's look forward. This is the absolute rock bottom. It's easy to argue a case why 0.04 is far too low for SP. We are in a better position than we were a year ago at 0.5.

Let's look at it objectively. 100s of posts, days spent, constantly lurking on the board of a small African AIM company day in day out for 6 months.

1) bored troll living in mum's basement with cornflakes stuck in the beard and run out of south park repeats and vaseline tubes to keep herself occupied. Finds it entertaining trolling random smalltime woodbois shareholders on the internet

2) former employee or director eg Guido or Adrianus who holds extreme resentment towards the company and is desperate to see it fail for their own ego

3) intentional pooping and scooping - trying to get as many people as possible by whatever means necessary to sink the SP as low as possible. Secretly buying as many shares as possible at these rock bottom levels - this is a known investment strategy "poop and scoop". No intention of supporting the company long term - just wants to buy in at 0.04 so can later sell at 0.15 for a tidy profit work free. Any sort of rebound and Sarah benefits massively financially. Knows pattern with small market AIM companies and has targeted Woodbois knowing it's very oversold due to previous management.

4) Genuinely cares about the lower middle class Brits on here investing their loose change into an African wood company. Doing the benevolent altruistic thing by trying to make sure we don't spend our beer or poker money.

Yes let's look at it objectively.

New investors have essentially bought 50% of the company for 2.5m. woodbois has land assets with potential land extraction valuations of over 100m. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out the potential value here.

What we do know is that this was a decent business until 2023 when things unfortunately did indeed go to the wall. I blame various former management for this.

New investors can clearly see the potential upside at these extremely low bargain levels. With a correct operational infrastructure it's possible to see how this could indeed multibag as you say. No one is throwing 2.5m at a dead horse. They are hoping to turn their 2.5m into at least 10m over time and this definitely possible with correct infrastructure.

At its core woodbois offers an amazing product, luxury sustainable African hardwood. China and other major markets will no doubt be looking to trade with other partners now that Trump Tariffs are kicking in. The potential here is huge. Possible for woodbois to take over customers whom we're formerly supplied by US wood companies.

The potential here is indeed amazing.

Lots of some serious fake news in the latest posts. Let's filter some of it out in the interests of fairness and transparency.

The "police report" referring to a Sebastian you speak of has been proven to be fake. I believe the user who posted it used a username "BreakingNew". I identified that the document looked like it had been made by chatgpt which the user conceded was true. I the pointed out some inconsistencies in the document - for example, Guido's informal name was used instead of his full legal name which would be standard for such a document. Therefore it is reasonable to conclude that such a document was utter diatribe and just some mischievous entity trolling.

Also let's get real here. £2.5m has been raised here. That's still a decent sum of money. No one is investing such a sum of money without some serious due diligence and a realistic expectation of a return. You are not going to be able to rinse retail investor small guy shareholders now at these levels. Therefore it is reasonable to conclude that the £2.5m being invested is with honest ambitious intentions. The investors see a pathway to profit and that's why they have invested here.

There is very much room for cautious optimism here. We are still standing and just raised more funds despite the broken beaten drums telling us many times over we were finished.

There is optimism that this was a decent company before Guido came along and there is optimism that the failures of his tenure can be rectified.

Who is excited about the potential super multibag in May once the subscription dust settles ?

Well people. Let the roller coaster ride get into full swing. Make no mistake about it - tomorrow, 22nd April 2025 is the most important day in Woodbois' history. Certainly got shareholders.

Tomorrow is crunch day at the general meeting. We will likely know our fate by mid afternoon. Should the second subscription pass and there is unanimous support then there is no doubt serious multibag potential in this over the next few weeks. Should it fail then the ride is probably over, with insolvency and likely the fatal wound and nail in the coffin of this company.

Personally I'm very optimistic and tomorrow could be a very positive day. I am optimistic that May and June will be the best months Woodbois will have seen since the pandemic, certainly since the pre-Guido era.

Get the popcorn out folks, it's certainly going to be entertaining one way or another.

I put Sarah on the naughty step. She's not allowed to post until after the AGM and EGM votes.

Tomorrow is the first of the crucial crunch dates. It's the day when first subscription shares certificates should materialise according to the timeline in the latest RNS. Should see the first hurdle cleared.

The 2nd Litmus test will be next week during second subscription voting. I fully expect this to pass as Clive new chairman is himself a shareholder. RNS stated if 2nd subscription fails then insolvency and administration are high likely. I fully expect these motions to pass.

The dilution is significant - there will be approximately double the amount of shares in flotation as currently stands. However, this might be worth it for current shareholders. The financial backing and strengthened vested board might well make 50% value of your current holding better in the long run. The general consensus seems to be that Guido's disastrous and incompetent management destroyed this business last year. A year ago SP was approximately 0.70p. so even a return to 0.30p or so sees us multibag many times over from current levels.

I fully expect share subscription to pass and the long term prognosis is very optimistic. As I have said before - if this was as doomed and going bust as Sarah and others have predicted, my gut feeling is that it would have done so already.

Do your own research but I'm very optimistic regarding the weeks and months ahead.

I personally think just now is the best time to buy. After AGM and egm in a couple of weeks with the new fundraise, subscription and new board I don't think SP will ever be as low as it is now.

Things were desperate indeed but Roberts becoming chairman and the wave of new momentum as well as the clue in issued warrants at 0.125p (3x more than current levels) suggests to me extreme confidence from those at board level.

I personally think this will trampoline and sky rocket once May arrives and the dust has settled. Expect to at least double up.

This is just my opinion and not investment advice but if it was going to go bust it would have done so already. The new Nomad Allenby is very supportive and specialises in turn arounds and is even hosting both crucial meetings.

All signs look very positive and this is a sleeping giant with serious multibag potential imo. A head ago this was literally 15 x higher SP. It just got crucified by incompetent CEO Guido and his negligence.
