I said around 5 weeks ago that this would multibag but from current levels. It was around 0.035 at that point. Today it's hit 0.068 so I have been proven correct. The price has doubled constituting a multibag since then. Meanwhile Sarah couldn't have been more wrong.

Today the volume of trades going through is huge compared to recent months, the market is adjusting to what's going on and everyone wants a piece of the pie. New powerful investors and own board being installed, massive untapped potential and massive market. Phenomenal value presented to new buyers because of Guido and previous management sandbagging the SP with disastrous incompetence. In my humble opinion this represents the biggest value punt on AIM right now because of the product itself being excellent and because of the horizon of a potential bottomless pit of investment now on board. Make Woodbois great again.

I agree the value looks absolutely phenomenal.

When you factor in that the new investors got 0.05 per share for their 2.5m investment they must be super confident there is sensational value here because there was no market premium rate they had to pay and existing shareholders were not diluted. Super exciting times ahead. We were SP 10x higher a year ago when Guido and his cast of clowns were in charge. Now we have proper management, proper board and proper investors and structure. Medium term value here is absolutely phenomenal. Looking to buy in again as much as possible personally.

Investors warrants at 0.125p current double of SP. SP was 10 times higher a year ago with much weaker management.

Those who listened to my proper research and advice and ignored the doomsayers like Sarah and Valsen have been handsomely rewarded and vindicated the past week. This will shoot up even higher from here. Amazing points of note:

1) funds secured

2) debts deferred for 18 months

3) new wealthy investors

4) strengthened experienced board

5) market confidence and huge demand for the product.

Extremely hyped about the coming week. The wheels are well and truly in motion.

Shackleton stepped aside with a nice payment and some shares issued showing an amicable parting after a job well done. This leaves room for the forthcoming new board appointments worthy and Cortez. I expect the RNS around this to drop very soon probably this week. I reckon this shoots up tomorrow.

Its phenomenal news. The best news. The future of the company has essentially been guaranteed for next 19 months. New share issues confirmed and money in bank confirmed. Some debt repaid to Gabonese bank and no added interest agreed. 2 new major investors officially on board. Board appointments soon to be announced. We will never see 0.043 again. We will probably never see Sarah1234 again now unless she rears her cornflake neckbeard to admit she was wrong.

SP only going up now. Fantastic. Monday open going to be fun.

Probably will go into auction on Monday open once market digests the news I reckon ? 0.04 looks absolutely ridiculously cheap now given the company has essentially just guaranteed the next 18 months with major investors now on board and new directors in line. In all seriousness what price you think it opens on Monday morning now ? 0.08? Optimistic over a multibag now.

Sarah nowhere to be seen. Considering this is 0.05% of its all time and the major issues seem to be resolved probably biggest bargain on AIM now. Here we go.

Confirmation of subscriptions and warrants issued and also debts deferred for over a year with no interest:

"Further to the announcement on 5 February 2025, the Company can confirm that after discussions with BGFI and a payment of EUR 150,000, BGFI has signed a repayment agreement for the outstanding amount scheduled of approximately EUR 641,000 from July 2025 to December 2026 without any additional interest fees."

Has accepted a significant amount of shares as payment for his hard work past 6 months which is positive. Leaving on amicable terms after a job well done.

Natural transition making way for the soon to be previously announced new board members mentioned in the Circular notice.

Following the Company's recent appointments of Lucas Kanmé and Cobus van der Merwe to the board, the Company intends to appoint, Emmanuel Henriquet, currently Director General of Woodbois Gabon SA., as Chief Operating Officer, subject to approval from the Company's Nominated Adviser after the customary director due diligence process. Two further candidates for directors have also been identified.

The due dilligence for this should be completed soon and also all motions past at AGM and monies raised. You probably couldn't ask for a better more experienced candidate within the Gabonese forestry industry than EH to be elected COO. This s extremely positive.

Once the new appointments are confirmed the only way is up. The company is very much recovering and board looks to be in a very strong place going forward.

For those on massive losses like myself, fear not. Now is the time the company needs our support more than ever ! Make Woodbois great again. Personally I'm hoovering up more cheap shares as I can afford from my disposable income to bring my average down. What an amazing opportunity at these low levels, do your own research however.

As far as I'm aware production is indeed currently ongoing and there are dozens of labourers both active in sawmill and veneer factory, there are a multitude of publically available contacts on linkedin where you can verify this is the case.

Patience is a virtue.

Provide some evidence to substantiate your claims of doom and gloom, please.

I have trawled through Sarah's historical posts as I'm pretty bored tonight.

Sarah spent 4 months doing on BLOE board in 2024 the same as she has done here for woodbois in 2025. Daily doom posts about how sp is down 97% from all time highs, clueless rampers, delist imminent etc.

In reality - Sarah stopped posting very suddenly around this time last year on BLOE and BLOE has recovered from a then rock bottom price and is approximately 40% up from that time. Showing a massive bounce and recovery.

Now I don't think this is just a case of Sarah being poor at predictions and running away to a new target. I believe it's very calculated. Sarah is a professional pooper and scooper. Her investment strategy is to help aid in sinking an SP as low as possible in order to accumulate as many super cheap shares as possible and make a sizeable profit. Sarah could be working alone or could even be a hired gun.

Don't believe me? Question her motives. Why does she spend day after day all day here posting on WBI to poop on it? Anytime a positive post goes up, Sarah is there to shoot it down. The same pattern behaviour happened for months on BLOE last year too, then suddenly it didn't. And BLOE has shot up since then and been a huge riser.

In short, all is not as it seems with Sarah. Her game is more than just that of a troll. She has a vested financial interest and strategy here. One day her posts will stop and don't be surprised if all goes quiet and there is a steady rise, having achieved her goals and accumulated millions of cheap shares at 0.04. then it will be back to studying and scouting out the next succulent target. Sarah is a professional.

Just wanted to inform the uninitiated as many may be led astray and fooled by her doom mongering, it's pretty convincing after all. She is good at what she does. But remember; she wants your shares cheap. There is no other logical explanation for her behaviour.

I am very confident next RNS updates will be extremely positive for the SP.

We should hear about the new official amazing board appointments very very soon. Possibly as early as tomorrow, Monday by lunchtime. This is because all of the events of the Circular notice have now proceeded as planned and without any hiccups. Very smoothly.

Share subscriptions materialised, warrants issued, AGM and egm completed. The final thing was the crest accounts issue which would have completed late on Friday.

This is honestly now the most exciting time in probably 2 years for woodbois now. I am quietly optimistic that we are about to have an absolutely phenomenal week.

Expect this to jump right to the top of the AIM risers list once the new board appointment RNS drops and the market adapts to the news.

Sarah is going to look very foolish very soon. To reiterate: if this was going to go bust, it would have done so already. Ample opportunity to have wound it up with insolvency when suspended from AIM or when Nykredit called in the loans for example. The reason we continue to trade and there is new investment coming in is because there are some major shareholders who see enormous value at these levels. Clearly others agree with them since they were able to attract £2.5m worth of investment and counting.

The future is very bright. 0.045 will look ridiculously cheap very very soon in my humble opinion. The total catastrophic reign of Guido is being put to rest and this has significant turnaround potential and upside from here.

Still optimistic regarding multibag in the medium term.

You have told us many times from your pulpit that this will delist and is doomed. Yet the opposite is true.

Recently raised 2.5m, a new successful ambitious NOMAD in Allenby lifted us out of suspension.

There are over 100 labourers currently active in the sawmill and veneer factory and production is ramping up. Don't believe the fake news. Henriquet is overseeing all this with his recent promotion and notable expertise.

There is a huge buzz at board level and investor level that this has been chronically oversold due to Guido and Bloemens' failures last year.

In my opinion one of the most oversold companies on AIM at present and massive value at these levels.

If the new contracts come in and the RNS start coming in this WILL multibag.

The future is very bright and optimistic for Woodbois, more so than at any point over the previous 18 months.

As per the Circular notice, 7th May is the final important date in the timeline of subscription events - the date when crest certificates for 2nd subscription shares will be issued. Expect something strong to materialise once today's issuant is concluded..
